The worst ever BCF in Australia staff not helpful seems they don’t know what they doing

The staff at this bcf are excellent helped me with the right rods and gear we needed to fish, David is the man and knows his stuff and was awesome to deal with highly recommend him and his team the best service i have had at any bcf store

We have always had the absolute best service from these guys. So friendly and so helpful. David went above and beyond to find my son a reel. Ordered it in from another store and came within the week. We returned a couple of weeks later as it seemed faulty and one of the girls, and again David again gave fantastic service by replacing the reel with another one at no extra charge and even put new braid on for him. Would highly recommend.

I went in store for a pair of drawers for my work Ute and was served by Duc. He was so helpful and assisted with lifting the drawers into the car and wheeled them out with me etc.really great customer service. Thanks very much, I will be back

Daughter bought a Weber Q was sold the incorrect gas bottle (gas bottle fittings have changed since mid2021). I went back to get the correct gas bottle. They had run out of the 4kg bottle with correct fitting!
Quite annoyed with whoever sold the incorrect bottle in the first place knowing what it was for.
However give Kate 5 stars for her amazing customer service, for taking ownership of the issue and resolving it.

Asked for a gas bottle for a weder-Q they sold one with incorrect fitting. When returned it was replaced with an apology and no added cost. So greatful and happy.

Great advice from a staff member. Sadly I can’t recall his name but I want to thank him again for his assistance and professionalism.

I called in about a week ago with problems with my BMPro gas monitor. I hadn’t even purchased from BCF but he took the time to help me work out the problem and establish that the device was faulty. His suggestion to contact the supplier, even though the device was out of warrant by a few months definitely worked. I sent a message to them via the BMPro website and I received a reply saying they would stand by the quality of their product and a replacement is in the post. How good is that. Thank you young man at BCF and BMPro for outstanding customer service. I already was a loyal customer but now I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

Very busy, work safe doing compliance check did not help with service.

Just brought Webber q 2000 from here and I must say Astrid was very helpful and to top it off marked down the price. Five stars because I can't give six.

Walked in, and then straight away was greeted by by a bloke of the name David.he was kinda cute, asked for his number then he told me only for a kiss but then i walked out because my boyfriend saw me.

HAD A STAFF MEMBER CALLED DAVID WHO COULD NOT SPEAK ENGLISH AND DID NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT FISHING BUT TRIED TO SELL ME A SARAGOSSA FOR THE PRICE OF A STELLA AND WHEN I SAID NO HE WENT STRAIGHT TO THE JARVIS WALKER REELS AND SOLD ME ONE FOR $250 WITH A DISCOUNT. DO NOT COME HERE AND RUN AWAY FROM DAVID.

Massive range and some clever staff to help figure what to get.

There aren't many camping (. & fishing, boating) stores with so many tents on the floor for sale.

A lot of their gear also has a tutorial or review video on their website which is super handy.

Great place to shop and a big thankyou to Kate for helping me out with my life jacket cylinder and discount, staff like her are assets to a buisness and to find helpful people like herself is very rare.

The guys that work here are great. Happy to give you tips on fishing spots and the lures to use.

Another large BCF store for fishing and camping equipment. Conveniently located, ample parking. Friendly stuff.

Products were ok but the staff couldn't be less helpful. They just stood behind counter chatting and couldn't be bothered helping customers look for products. Don't go to this store.

As usual no assistance from any staff members, they just happy to let you wander around and then hunt them down if you need then

Good range of products although a little pricey, not all the staff are very knowledgeable about the products in the store which seems to be pretty common these days

Great range, parking and customer service. I wouldn't go anywhere else for preparing for the outdoors.
