The guys at Hoppers Crossing were amazing! Can’t tell you how much we appreciated them staying back after hours for us to pick up our click & collect order. We were stuck in traffic, they were so kind & more than willing to stay back for us. Their customer service goes above & beyond - we hope that it gets recognised, as we are stoked! Looking for an animal friendly net for rescues. Found exactly what I needed at an incredible price for what I got. Looked in all other stores for a similar item and prices were triple! Quality durable yet light! Also very happy and polite customer service. Will be my go-to store now.

Come here very often but recently had a bad experience. One salesgirl, Charlotte, seemed very lazy and not wanting to do work. I asked her for help and she brushed me off. She also did not seem to know much about the products. Seems like she needs to go through some training

It would help if they know how to answer their phone, but I guess they don’t know how to do that

Good store. Easy to get to. Plenty of parking.
Went for camping items. Had to ask for service but once I did the service person was very helpful. The person helped us pick a few items we were looking for, swag and a couple of sleeping bags. Cheers.

Click and collected an icebox. Looks an smells used with water marks and dirty spots inside it and minor scuffs on top and down the side. If I use this icebox while I am away remote and its faulty for whatever reason I can assure you there will be a negative update to this review, demand for refund and a lost regular customer.

All required items for angling, camping, skiing, cycling, mountaineering etc are available here with reasonable price.

Massive store to buy goods for boating, fishing and camping. Great variety of outdoor good including camping gear and apparel. Fishing stock has no limits and a small variety of kayaks stored inside the store. Photos of store will give you bit more insight.

Bought a XTM fridge and Oz Pif BBQ. Wouldn't know where to start without Emily and Rowen. Both staff members where excellent, very polite and had heaps of information on both products. Will use BCF Hoppers again!

I purchased a rod reel combo a couple years ago and reel is faulty so I took it back to store and sales assistant was rude and not helpful at all this combo cost $150 on special that’s why I took it back. Because of no service I went across the road and made $600 purchase there and also canceled my $200 voucher at Bcf that wife gave me for Father’s Day

Average customer service and little product knowledge. I havent seen some of the people from a year or two ago. They knew what they were talking about. This new bunch look like a bunch of clowns

All the good people have left from this store which is a shame. Staff don't give two hoots about anything. All quite young and inexperienced. They never answer the phone and knowledge is limited.

Better off down the road at Anaconda, better range and better staff and more knowledge.

It's so good to walk into a store and be greated by friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was a bit confused on what I needed and it was quite daunting. Within 5 min I was talking to a bloke named Christian who knew exactly what I needed and made me feel at ease. Definitely going back to this store. 10/10 customer service

Bcfing fun. Bcfoff more like it. Attendant had no idea the sunglasses came with a case. I had to convince him they did.

Went in today and picked up a Shimano Nasci. Spoke with Tyrone and another young girl at the counter who were both friendly, service with a smile! Tyrone (pretty sure that was his name) was super helpful, up for a chat and spooled my new reel with the braid I bought as well.

For a first time at the store I was impressed and would happily recommend
