BCF (Boating Camping Fishing) Traralgon

I have bought quite a bit from here, I feel like I should have shares in BCF haha! I have always found the staff so friendly and helpful! It is never too much trouble for them to stop what they're doing to help me figure out what I need. Picking up my click and collects has always been super fast too. Can't fault them! Thanks guys.

Great range of stuff for recreational enthusiasts. Like a warehouse full of goodies that I didn't know existed. Had to get some mandatory safety gear for my yacht, and I ended up with a whole lot more.

Didn't have everything for orange lights, no senses no extra parts. Service was a little slow but very friendly staff that can give you good advice

May want to change hours on page as it says 5.30 when they shut at 5pm 3 other people walked up to the door thinking it was open until 5.30 just like me

Have to say, went to buy a car fridge yesterday.had the most helpful salesman possible. From checking it would fit in the ute trailer with a closed lid to checking I got the best price and even helped set it up and put in the car. I don’t know his name he was and older gentleman but well done BCF Traralgon hiring such a legend!

Rang ahead to check that they could fill my gas bottle (primus). Then when I arrive after being passed onto three different staff members was told they could not fill it, as they did not have the adapter. What a waste of time!

Very helpful friendly staff who went out of their way to assist me in choosing the right product for my disabled son.

Very happy to give 5 stars for the customer service I received at BCF Tgon. Staff followed up on a store transfer with phone calls keeping me updated and all calls were polite and friendly. Happy withy purchase which arrived quickly

Great place clean tidy and covid safe. Staff were extremely good, especially the lady that helped us her name is Jo. Very helpful knew what she was talking about, nothing was a problem to her. We didn't hesitate in buying a fridge freezer.

It has everything a boater or fisherman needs at a good price. Especially if you are member. Great discounts.

Was refused a gas bottle refill as it was forcast thunderstorms outside. Not the first time ive been told some ridiculous excuse. Went to supagas instead (just around the corner) where i was attended to immediately by friendly staff and they only charge you what they put in.

I'm more than impressed with the staff at the Traralgon, the young guy was only too happy to show me how equipment worked before I bought anything, to see if it would be practical for me and I think the prices are reasonable! Most of all the staff helped me out during a distressing moment, before the store even opened.above and beyond guys, you are all amazing!

Would be better if there were staff to help customers yes i understand it's xmas, but train staff to ask if you need anything.

Was good a few years back, was literally told my rig is and would be usless for the fish I was chasing.

They bow only try to sell you expensive low quality products. What am I going to do with 200 of the same hook you say is usless for $45?
On top of it, they don't sell any products to repair fishing rods or have anymore than 2 cheap KIDS quiver tips.
Your store and staff are USLESS.
