Good store with a decent amount of stock, rarely overcrowded with stock and staff always on hand to help/talk camping.

BCF really do have a vast and comprehensive selection of precisely what the name stands for, Boating, Camping and Fishing. Prices are very good and staff always willing to help. This location is a medium size for BCF stores and parking is never a problem. Keep an eye open for when the sales are on as you can save a lot.

Terry served me and he was knowledgeable and friendly. Bailey the manager was at the register and look after me with prices, thank for your service guys

As with all BCF you are spoilt for choice for all manner of equipment. Helpful and knowledgeable staff, it's like Bunnings for the boating and fishing fraternity and just like Bunnings you will not come out empty handed.

Amazing. I purchased the wrong item, completely my fault. Bailey and the team where fantastic in their customer service. Helped me with a refund and the right advice of how to get what I was after. Will not shop anywhere else from now on, and will recommend to everyone. Thanks again team.

We were helped by a staff member named Georgia. Not only was she patient and polite in responding to all of our questions but she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My sister and I came in here today to purchase some fishing rods as a Father’s Day gift. Peter was extremely helpful in giving advice on which rods would best suit our Dad, and went above and beyond to ensure that we were well looked after. Thanks Peter!

We love bcf for all our boating supplies and the staff are always friendly, cheeky and helpful.

Very friendly staff and helpful. Was asked if I needed help as soon as I walked in door which was great, also helped me find what I needed and gave great advice. I found that their stock is a lot less in price compared to other stores around the area, this is great as we're stocking up for camping and don't want to be out of pocket.

Friendly helpful staff. It was a hoy day and I had my dog with me. I asked if I could tie him up inside the door while I looked for what I wanted. No problem. They even offered to get water for him. And I found exactly what I was looking for.

Guy at counter was happy to point me in the direction of my item but not come with me, then i had to fetch him as I could not find the item in the bag. Had to take the display item with no bag at a slight discount.
