Went in to the store and served at the counter by an older lady who had the worst customer service. I won’t be coming back.

Went in today with my son to buy some bits for our new boat. Will who served us was amazing, helping us find everything we needed and sharing great advice and tips for our first fishing trip. He said he was still at school and working the holidays and we were really impressed with his service and enthusiasm. Thanks so much Will.

Not as large as the old store, but staff were very helpful. Still a good range of products and competitive prices.

My favorite shop. Staffs are supper friendly. Especially, Mr Hung has many experiences in fishing. He gave me good advice to select needed stuff and I caught 3 good size squids in my first times. Highly recommendation

If you are looking for items boating, camping and fishing. This is the place. Price resalable. Specially if you're kids going for camping. Best place to buy stretcher and sleeping bags

Really helpful staff but never seem to have the stock in stock when I go to buy it. Ended up going to mentone instead to obtain the items I required. Guess its a smaller store at keysborough.

These guys are excellent in customer service and support, couple weeks ago I came in looking for a few items, they didn't have two of the items, right in front of me they made calls to other store to ensure product is still on shelves, I couldn't get to the other store so these guys made sure to get it in and called me once arrived, I only managed to collect today & the products are great I even got a few extra, I'll brag about the fire starter, as soon as I got home I did try it out and works amazing, it even has a whistle incase of bear attacks.

Absolutely disgusting customer service online on on the phone. Definitely would recommend going to Anaconda or anywhere else besides this place

My click and collect order got rerouted from here to Cranbourne and the first I knew was when I got the confirmation email to pick up. This meant twice the distance to pickup. I know this probably isn't the stores fault.

Will? I think helped us pick out some fishing gear. Really friendly and helpful guy. Didn't have any luck fishing but can't say I had the wrong tools, my dude knew his stuff.

First timer bought rod & reel and try using at pier however when unwind the reel the cap fall in to ocean. So I went back to BCF to find the replacement, unfortunately unable to find or buy one for the cap however the counter staff Young lady very helpful and help me to get one. I am very grateful with this young lady who helped me. For me is not about the cap but is about her heart to serve. Her service is extra mile and beyond. BCF should be proud of her as she is the real asset. For the young lady, keep up your genuine and passion to serve. I believe one day you will wins so many customers. Thanks again

Awesome store and Will, the fishing expert has been just fantastic! Not going anywhere other than here!

Edit: The store manager called me soon after I left the store and made arrangements for me to get another one brought in from another state.

An unexpected and very welcome level of service. Very happy to have a positive outcome. Will definitely look at BCF again.
