Getting an order for over $1000.00 when you have all day to collect it, isn’t something you should openly complain to the customer about.

I am sure you have a water cooler in your staff room for this kinda stuff.

Then, after you openly expressed how annoying picking my two items were, you then suggested that you can’t help me and that you’re “closing in 21 minutes, so I better think of a solution before then”.

If you took a moment to help me to car instead of leaving my order just outside the front door. You would have seen we were quite prepared. Just not for your sassing.

My last words to you, Tony, were “gee, that’s the spirit” when they should have been.

“Maybe retail isn’t your calling, if you’re not willing to even attempt to retain your customers. ”

Absolutely won’t be back to your store.

Amy was super helpful! Was over charged 50% on a product the day before at the Taylor’s Lakes store - they price matched what was advertised online (unlike Dave the manager at Taylor’s Lakes who said that it wasn’t his problem to match it). Great staff at the Coburg store!
