Big store with a wide range of products. We needed some hose to extend our waste water line on our caravan at our site, so we had to get more. Wasn't sure what sort would fit, so we bought a couple of different hoses, the staff were happy to let us return the hose that didn't fit for a refund without fuss. Friendly staff, nice store.

Good sized store, had what we wanted but it was there last and wasn’t gonna stock that product anymore so we got a display price. Friendly service!

Had no idea of store layout, so I stood in the doorway and the kind staff called out to me, if they could be of any help. I had great service, the girl which was helping me was able to point out exactly what I needed. We discussed barbecues, even though I didn’t buy one she was very helpful and I didn’t feel rushed. Thank you Lauren for your customer service. An asset to BCF.

Bought some numbers for our boat as newly registered didn't realise that packs had two of each number, makes sense as needs to be on each side. We unknowingly bought two of each. Took back to BCF to get a refund with the receipt not realising was on two receipts as original store didn't have all the numbers in stock. So would refund us 6 and not the other 2.
Asked if we were members said we were but did not bother purchasing through membership as never get discount any more. Lesson learnt, customer lost.

Went to get a gas bottled refilled which I had done many times before without hassles, the guy serving asked me to lift it up on the counter really I'm the only person in the store not like he had anyone else waiting
Then told me it was just out of date told me to go else where.
I have changed them out many times before there.
He just wasn't interested in doing it.

Absolutely fantastic service from this store, l had a 4 week old Dometic fridge that l purchased in the Bairnsdale store before leaving on holidays, it turned out to have a faulty seal on the freezer lid, Mildura store happily replaced the fridge for us, they even plugged it into there power to cool it down so we didn't have to use our batteries. Well done BCF Mildura

You have moved all your fishing rods over head, I was unable to check them out with out getting a stiff neck. As I was going away I needed a 2 piece rod for travelling. Had to go elsewhere. Have been trying to get a new catches for a mate esky for last 4 months keep telling me that they are on order.

Had an issue with the fridge I bought took it back the next day without issues put it onto power and a error light was flashing so they swapped it over and a good yarn in the process ect. Neil and Steve are a great asset to the Mildura store and I’d go as far to say whatever you’re paying them I’m sure they deserve more.

Staff were great but I bought a Wild Country chair from there a while a good it's hardly been used always stored inside got it out of cuboard this morning to take to Australia Day BBQ and handles desegregated into powder then went to give it a dust over and the stitching cover did the same completely turn to dust. Should have better quality control.

We went for binoculars, they have plenty to choose from, ranging in size and at reasonable prices. The staff are busy and helpful, the woman at the counter was inundated with customers she didn't have time to help, but one of the men came from and gave us the right information, enough to make a satisfied sale. Thanks BCF, our son loves his birthday present.

Used click and collect overnight and available at 9am. However requested product was n/a so given better product at no extra charge. Thanks Daniel and the team.
