Bought a double swag, fast friendly customer service, always good when they ask for a rewards card / BCF card for members price instead of you bringing it up.

Good range, low on some stock but happy to order in. Prices are good. Hoping to upgrade my freshwater gear soon.

Always really helpful staff at Ballarat BCF. They deserve 5 stars. I want my kids to work there. 2 reasons. I want them to learn what good customer service is. And I want the discount.

Really disappointed that BCF wouldn't replace a $30 latch on my XTM fridge. It had a serial number that could have been checked. I suppose profits are more important than customers. They forget that the customers and not the shareholders are the ones that make them the profits. How things have changed.

It's as they say, Its bcfin fun! Camping store on steroids heaven on earth even! Knowledgeable staff and great prices with temptations of beconing new experiences everywhere, like the kyacks, I have secretly always wanted to be the solo man! And at a few hundred bucks! Why not.now I have to find what isle the 6 packs are in and grab a few muscles while Iam at it. Now about that croc.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. It was a good shopping experience. I'll definitely be back.

What an experience plenty of room and plenty to choose from it's hard to keep from over spending

Easy going they don't try to upsell or hassle.
Relaxed shopping but if you need help or some advice rest assured you will be happy with the end result.if you decide what you bought doesn't fit your requirements. Make sure you keep your receipt for a no hassle refund.or if you want a exchange on your bought goods

Came into this store today, I found the staff rude and belittling, as well as unable to help- on top of that, the store is dingy and small- went across to anaconda, the staff were much more willing to help, as well as the store being literally double the size & range! Bcf has been an iconic part of Australian culture for so long, it’s so sad to see it dwindling away so slowly.

Staff today (young guy) was super helpful and didn't mind spending time educating me on what I will need for my trip. Also got a friendly greeting at the door I appreciated. Loved the range. So much I hadn't seen before.

Not my usual go to for camping gear, but a couple if gift cards for Christmas and its was time to check it out.
Was pleasantly surprised by what they had, seemed to have all you camping needs there, staff were friendly and a great help.

Staff tend to be more hassle then they are worth as they are not fishing or camping orientated and although good location real letdown for people who need knowledge

It's not a bad shop I just wish the set up the fishing section into 2 sections fresh water and salt water it would make my time in this shop a little easier as I find I spend most of my time reading the back of the products just to find out if it is salt water or not.

Was vague, needed fishing line to tie up a shark.they helped.customer service was great considering I had no idea except i needed to hang stuff up.

Awesome store. We bought a gazebo that was slightly too small. Took it back with no dramas the next day and got the bigger one. Great members nights and the customer service is above and beyond what I expected. Definitely my favourite BCF store in Victoria! Thanks Claire for you amazing customer service

No a fan of this place. Went in asked 3 staff for assistance with a product they said they would get someone. But no-one returned. Went home and purchase it on eBay for more money, but better service. Won't be returning.
