BCF (Boating Camping Fishing) Braybrook

Great store but I notice lately in contrast to Queensland stores stock levels are significantly lower in general stock except fishing gear. I’ve noticed this across a few Victorian stores I have visited of late.

Needed a gas bottle refilling in a rented campervan, John was excellent, helpful and quick. Had a look around and some real bargains. Thanks John

Was told they had stock of a product from another store and drove over. Couldn't find it and asked for help. Was told that although the system said they had stock, it can be wrong. Didn't seem keen on looking but walked around and he said they must be out. Asked a "manager" who confirmed they were out of stock.
I asked about a similar product that was also showing as in stock and again was told it was probably wrong. I kept looking myself and found the section in the back corner where everything was in stock.
Lazy staff who couldn't care less about the shop and have no interest in helping customers.

It shows that the store would close at 7: 00 on the map. I drove from the city to this store. I arrived at 6: 40 to collect the products I ordered online. I was told that the store was closed. I negotiated with the staff and said that I can come back to collect it tomorrow, what I want is just to have a look of the product. I was told that I was not permitted to see their products. Very bad service, let me disappointed.

Terrible service, we waited 40 minutes to get some assistance and asked for some help more than two times. No one bothered to come and assist us. We ended up walking out. Atrocious service. Never coming back here again

Closed when it says its supposed to be open, we arrived at 5: 30 there were at least 4 others that had come to the doors as well in the 10 minutes while we called the store. Frustrating as we travelled half an hour to get a click and collect.

Unfortunately I have to give a poor review, this may not be the stores fault, instead perhaps BCF as a whole. I checked stock of a item on line and which stores had stock. The item I wanted was shown as in store at Braybrook and available for Click and collect. I drove all the way to that store even though it is not my local store only to be told they have not stock and have not had for some time. When I told the staff member they are shown as in stock on line he told me "never to believe what is shown on line, this is always wrong" really poor customer service, I don't mean the staff member I mean the store.if your going to have these systems make sure they work, don't waste customers time and money.

Ordered a click and collect order and it was ready in under 2 hours - even with it being Christmas. Quick and efficient service and the customer service and friendless was excellent in store on pick up.

Looked on website. Says it closes 6pm on Saturday. I came 5.05pm, they said they were closed. I drove 15 mins away to get there but to be told I can't enter. Very disappointed.

Tania provided great service and an excellent price on a Dometic car fridge. Very happy with purchase.

Has everything I've needed for camping, 4wding or fishing. Staff have always been helpful too

Today my wife and I visited the BCF Store at Braybrook. We had not been here for at least 5 years and needed a full fishing kit! We were quite excited to be back in the shop and had a long list of fishing gear to purchase and not where to start.
We were met by Tyrone, who was oustanding!
He was extremely helpful, friendly, professional, polite, very knowledgable in fishing products. Being a fisherman himself, you could tell he knew his stuff. We entrusted him to our selections. It was nice in the world we live in that Tyrone really wanted to help us get the best gear. This is great customer service!
Tyrone you made sure we had a great day at BCF.
We will be back soon to get some bigger gear for our trip to the Whitsundays in a few months.

Didn't get a dollar off anything as a club member, and shopped 2 days in a row at store spending approx 500 dollars. And simular thing happened year before. Not shopping any more at braybrook Bcf, Rip off.

Absolute useless employees, every single one is just roaming the store doing jack. We're in the store for 15 minutes and not a single person came up to us to help or assist in any way possible, and it's not like we're in a deep corner in the store by ourselves we were on the fishing section walking everywhere, we even walked past the counter where every employee was and not any of them even looked up to glance at us. Good way to lose money if you're not willing to offer your business people won't offer their money

The customer service at the Braybrook store is appalling, rude and, basically, non-existent. More shockingly, the price they charge at the register does NOT match the ticket price or their website price. They charge a few dollars extra! They are simply ripping their customers off. Despite this price difference having been highlighted to them, they seem to pretty much not care. Avoid the Braybrook store like the plague.

Very friendly staff, they were able to help me make a last minute Tent purchase at a good rate with little fuss. Well done to management on your team.

Knowledgeable staff, won’t sell you more then you need. Straight to the point, and down to earth.

Had what I wanted and was good Customer Service but not that into hand fulls of silver coins for change.
Get enough Shops doing this and I'm stuck with shrapnel shops won't take

Came in to buy a gift, not knowing the first thing about fishing - luckily a friendly staff member (Tyler) stayed around after his shift to help out. Couldn't be happier with the service. Good stuff.

Needed to fix a tent and they were willing to replace it due to no available repair parts. Incredibly helpful and generous
