BCF (Boating Camping Fishing) Bayswater

Bought a wakeboard with boots. I asked the guy if everything was there. He said yes. Went to use it and it didn't have the screws to bolt in the bindings and missing the fins also. Wrecked the whole day. Thanks mate, great job. Even when I asked him "are you sure everything is there". Disappointing. Now have to go return it. Waste of my time. Not happy.

A good layout but it needs a bigger space to display their products better. BCF needs a Superstore in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Just to showcase tents, fishing, kayaks etc.if it did I would buy more.

Good customer service and will go back again as they priced matched a uhf that wasn't on sale for a better price then what it was

BCF has always been more expensive than other camping / fishing stores. You definitely need to watch their catalogue and online specials to grab a bargain. They do have a good range of products though. The stores are laid out well and products easy to find.

Went in to get wet weather gear for my child and had hardly any stock. I had to hunt for someone to help me, and the only person that did was on her way out the door home. I felt awful asking her for help when her shift had ended but couldn't find anyone else to help

Stopped one hiking meals and they had a good range and price staff where friendly and helpful pricing was reasonable

More great service from BCF Staff, helpful courteous and great to deal with. Answered all our questions. Held our product while we dashed over to Bunnings (toilet). Thanks again to Team BCF.

If you like a store to go in and no one is to be seen to help find something that’s ‘ in stock’ this is the place for you

Customer care is lovely unfortunately the product I brought should be take off self I am homless and dont have lot money I brought a sleeping bag without member price I woukd cost $75 but i pay $45 lucky i barley had for a 2 months and ripped and threads coming off, there gave me a new I have for 3 days and threads coimg off as this time I unzip so i dosent rip again. I not looking to spent $200 for a good sleeping that just to much money

Not my local BCF, but was in the area and needed a new fillet knife. Found what l wanted, but due to locks on the racks l could not take it off. I stood at the fishing service area for 10 minutes, watching for the customer service guy to finish talking with another customer. There was another customer service guy at the front counter. He wasn't serving anyone and was on his mobile phone. I looked at him, he looked at me, but went back to his phone. I finally walked over to him, he put away his phone. I asked for assistance and he helped me to obtain the knife. Maybe next time, come and ask if l need assistance.

I went in earlier this week to enquire about a trolling motor and spoke with Johnny.
Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and more than happy to take the time to answer all my questions and give me all the info I needed.
To my surprise he recognized me and remembered my full name from when I signed up for my club membership in this store 11 years ago.
Great customer service.

Got told I could return a fridge. Tried to return the unopened item with my receipt, only to be told that it's policy not to return engel and fridges. (I had returned an engel battery box recently, so they obviously break their "policy" anyway). I won't step foot in a BCF again

Great customer service from Rilley! He’s an absolute legend. We have been to two different BCF’s in the last couple of days and they weren’t nearly as helpful and we were left a bit disappointed. But when we came into this store Rilley was super efficient and helpful with accommodating us! Thank you and we will come back because of you!

The gentleman even came out to my parked car, to measure my windscreen, so I bought the right sized windshield sunshade! Because I was certain to get the right size, I splashed out and bought the delux product.

Zero customer service. Ordered for item to be delivered, they didn't even bother sending it for the best part of a week. Just buy from someone else - someone who knows how to use a mailbox.

Went there 3 times to pick up a item was told it was out of stock but Orderd it from their website and it instructed me to come down pick it up then told no sorry not in stock you will be refunded then get a call 2 hours later we found a pallet come and get it then upon arrival ask how they didn't see the pallet or no it was delivered last night at 7pm (which is their close time essentially and I was there at 645 no trucks delivering at the time anyway went to pick up the item questioned the manager about it and got told I am being argumentative stop or I will refund your item and you can leave the store. Big fail here guys

Great place to lose all your money, just go in there with a set budget because it has mostly everything you need and staff are always helpful.

Bought a picnic hamper. Very good price, high quality bag, sturdy metal cutlery, nice pressed bamboo crockery.
