Always great service here. Never an issue returning a faulty item or exchanging things. I buy all my camping gear from here.

Place would be good but every time I go on to look at clothing they only have fat man sizes in stock.

I had the most wonderful experience with BCF staff this afternoon at Frankston. Just SO helpful with really good advice & information, l had one on one assistance from the time l entered, and at times had 2 very knowledgeable professionals helping me. Even price matched my Weber!
I hardly ever write a review, but this store deserves 5 stars.

Rang regarding a product yesterday, told it was out of stock. Had a follow up phone call today to be told they could get the product but appreciate the call. Great service.

Good place staff are a bit lacking in knowledge but other than that they have a good range

I got a real bargain today. After joining as member online, I purchased Merrell trekking boots for half price, camping chair for half price and got $20 off for purchasing over $100. I am a happy camper.

I purchased a 70 litre bar fridge from this store a few days ago. One of the staff helped me get this sizeable and heavy purchase from the store trolley and into my car. Excellent 5 star service, highly recommended.

Very happy with my purchases and the help I received here, a young girl, Summer, was really helpful finding the things I needed and didn't make me feel stupid with my questions. I have only just moved back down here and would highly recommend this BCF!

Good help good variety will definitely be back! Always a trouble to find a place to fill up my caravan lpg bottles due to a offroad fitting but bcf have you covered

The younger staff really need some training. They approach you and ask if they can help with anything but have very little knowledge about most boating and fishing.

Love BCF especially when they have specials on outdoor clothing. We were able to buy a Macpac down jacket for half price. We had a good look around the store and will be back for some of their 4x4 gear.

Everything you need and didnt know you needed for fishing camping boating 4x4 at 1 store, awesome knowlegdable staff. Get on down to your nearest store and gday

AVOID THESE PEOPLE IN FRANKSTON BRANCH.maybe try other branches.

I ordered online and came here to pick up my chair. They told me that only the display one is available which had lots of scratches. I asked them to check again. They went to back of the store and after a couple of minute they got back to me saying they found a new unboxed item. When I opened the box out of store I found they were lying and put that display item in a box just to deceive me. Make sure your boxed items are new before leaving the store.

I had a good time trying to buy all the stuff for camping and I got a really good service from one of the staffs their named Nathan, Would go back their again 5 stars

Went to BCF Frankston to have a look at some fish finders and marine radios and was helped and
served by Wil,

Wil is a really easy going friendly guy who seems
really interested in his job and helping a customer,

I ended up buying a fish finder & Marine radio
and was very impressed with how Wil conducted
Himself as retail sales person at BCF,

A fine young man and will be an asset to BCF,

I couldn’t off been anymore impressed,
10 out of 10.

Great customer service. Walked in to buy bait with a anaconda fishing shirt on and got asked if I would like a BCF shirt, and they gave me a shirt for free.

Luke provided amazing assistance picking out the right swag and sleeping bag. Saved me a decent chunk on the swag and bought a few extras.
