Incredible range (BBQ's, Smokers, Rubs, Sauces and Accessories).
Great staff, super helpful and friendly.

Tim was exceptionally helpful. My girlfriend and I are BBQ novices, but Tim was patient and very helpful with the many questions that we had, and was super friendly. He helped us compare a few models, showed us all the basics, and gave us some very practical tips. We ended up buying a Weber Q package yesterday and got cooking that night! Pretty happy with the service and the product!

Ordered over the weekend, received a call first thing Monday morning to double check someone would be home to receive the delivery a couple of hours later!

At a time that our postal service and many couriers seem incapable of delivering packages, it's very refreshing to deal with a business that offers such great service.

One of the few places that sells pellets other than Traeger brand. Bought three bags of BQr's Delight pellets and got a discount. Fantastic service, friendly and helpful staff. I notice they also have binchōtan charcoal among other specially things.

Alastair and the team were fantastic, including Gary who delivered my Egg. I sought them out as a Big Green Egg retailer and they were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Their customer service is top rate and they went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed, including delivery and set up. I definitely recommend them for your next purchase!

Waited around for 10min just to buy a bottle
Of bbq sauce at the counter and was ignored by the 2 staff members. One of them was only concerned about me signing my name in for “covid” regulations which was abruptly pointed out to me. Left in the end without buying anything, waste of time and effort going here, better service elsewhere.

I bought a Napoleon Oasis kitchen from BBQs Plus in Port Melbourne. I can't recommend Alastair and the guys here enough. There were a couple of problems with the bbq (no fault of the guys in the shop) which they sorted out very quickly and efficiently, including a personal home visit to make sure everything turned out okay. I can't think of any other company from whom I've had such EXCELLENT service. Would recommend any time. Napoleon Barbecues are quite something too - love the built sear grill and charcoal cooking options.

These guys have the gear. I initially went to Bunnings & BBQs Galore to seek out a somewhat complicated system of hoses, junctions, joiners for my caravan but their range of this stuff is only basic. BBQs Plus had the best range of hoses & gas brassware & the blokes there had the knowledge necessary for my complex setup.

Can not recommend highly enough! Purchased a smoker on the weekend and had trouble getting it started, Alistair actually came round to my house for two hours to sort out the issue. Don't get better service than that and the smoker cooked up a treat as well. Highly reccomend

After looking for a small Spit roast to replace a older one I had and seeing a few that I felt did not tick the boxes. BBQ Plus had the perfect product and the service form Alastor and his team was excellent. The spit was slight bigger but it is more versatile for me. I cannot thank BBQ Plus enough definitely highly recommend and be back for any bbq needs.

Excellent service and great staff. I went in to buy something and they talked me out of it because it wouldn't suit what I needed to do. So I brought something else instead. Lol.

Blokes at the Port Melbourne store are just nothing but helpful and friendly with a good sense of humor. Went in for a "Go Anywhere" and got looked after regarding some queries on my Kettle. Thanks guys!

Excellent helpful staff in store (Tim). Gave me a brochure to take home with all the details for my carpenter. Great deal, great value. Came in to store to pick up and BBQ wouldn’t fit in 4x4 get a call a couple of hrs later and John delivers to my door free of charge. Well done guys and merry Xmas

The level of service was outstanding. Within a minute of walking in, two people had mentionsd that they would be with me shortly whilst serving another customer. The knowledge and time taken to talk me through the BBQ options was the best of any business I have found (thanks Tony). I was reluctant to even visit here given some previous reviews, but I couldn't be more impressed!

Tony and the team are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about everything Weber. We needed a replacement lid and the service was prompt and it now looks tops again! Thanks so much.

Great service from Callan - very professional, answering all our questions but not pressuring us to make the sale that day. When I called the following week to purchase, they were very accommodating in organising a very quick delivery and assembly for us in time for the long weekend. Really appreciated the effort.and the new barbie works a treat!:)
