BBQs Plus - Bayside Weber Specialist

I visited BBQ Plus on Nepean Highway in Brighton in search of a spare hose and adaptor for my LPG BBQ. Not only did they have the parts in stock, but the selection of BBQs on offer was impressive. What truly stood out was the expertise of the sales staff. Both salesmen I interacted with demonstrated a deep understanding of their products and were incredibly helpful. Their positive attitude and the store's extensive inventory of gas spare parts made my experience exceptional. I highly recommend BBQ Plus for anyone in need of BBQ supplies or advice. They've earned an easy 5 stars from me.

Purchased the Napoleon Rogue SE 525 over the black friday sales. Attempted to convert it over to a Natural Gas Connection and one of the gas orifice broke off inside the gas injector and there was no way of getting it out without damaging the injector, seems like the factory used a bit too much thread sealant and it just didn't want to move. Darrel from the Bayside store came down to have a look and have the parts replaced and the BBQ was up and running in no time. Great guys on the sales floor, but just as impressed with the post sales service in getting the grill up and running! Thanks Darrel!

I made a mistake with postage when I was ordering a Christmas gift online. Called the provided number and found the staff very helpful, fixing my mistake in no time at all.

I'm very impressed with the level of service and keen to help the staff within this branch. I was missing a part of my recent purchased BBQ, and i was ready to purchase a whole set. The staff went above and beyond trying to find the missing part at the back which they could not find. However they filled up the warranty form on me behalf, and by the replacement arrived today! Top notch service guys, keep it up!

Made the trip to this store while visiting Melbourne to pick up a product which was not in stock at other locations. Paul was extremely helpful and provided tips and recommendations for use as well as contacting another store to track down supporting item which only had display stock available at the Bayside store. Would highly recommend, staff product knowledge is excellent and customer service is exemplary. Help from Paul and BBQ Plus Bayside was much appreciated!

Called looking for a specific BBQ, and given it was just after Christmas they were out of stock. I was advised they'd have some arrive in a few days. The guy I spoke to offered to take my number and for me to get a call back when they were back in stock. Got a call back a few days later when they were in stock

Amazing service. Ordered the Traeger grill, pellets and cover on a Sunday afternoon. Got a call Monday morning saying it’s ready for delivery. So easy.

Fantastic Customer Service. Darrell went out of his way to help us find a BBQ to fit in a preexisting space. He helped us troubleshoot minor adjustments to make sure the Beefeater BBQ would work perfectly. His knowledge, attention to detail, and friendliness were greatly appreciated.
