Checking over my bike after a recent 3 day ride in the high country, I found that my chain was making a rubbing sound at the front sprocket. One bolt from the front sprocket guard had been lost as well as the spacer. I had a replacement bolt but I contacted B&B via their website contact page to find out what size the spacer should be so I could look for something to replace it. They responded next day (18mm from 12mm rod) even though they were officially still closed for the Xmas break. Top after sales service!

Manager Sarah also said to provide my address and they would send me a replacement. And just when you'd think that you couldn't get any better service, today I received the package from them and it was a complete bolt and spacer kit!

My DRZ400E has almost all of the available B&B gear and it's the best quality items by far and now I can also add that they have the best after sales service to match.

Bashplate arrived 2 days after order. Took 40 mins to fit up. Great service, prompt delivery, excellent, well engineered bash plate.

Great experience thanks Sam and Kyle who assisted. Ours was a small job two replacement aluminium mirror brackets for a landcruiser. Wonderful service we are returning in the new year with a bigger job due to excellent service.

Avoid this place for engine repair work that needs aluminium welding, the welds were messy and not professional and required further fixing from damaged due to there welding.

Took a small door in to have it welded up, what 12 lil holes and a lock put in,
A kindy kid could have done a better job, then they charged me 200 for it, I was not happy at all, ill be taking all my work elsewhere in the future. I know we all have to make money but come on that's just hi-way robbery

This bashplate is engineered and constructed far superior to the KTM factory bashplate it replaced. Mounting to the frame instead of the engine is an obvious improvement. Better air circulation and clearance around the engine too.
The factory one flexed, deformed, and failed.

Outstanding customer service! I have purchased several B&B products for my DR650 and I will no doubt be purchasing more.
