Dave and his team did a complete downstairs remodel. We have a new kitchen, new floors, walls and skirting and new light fittings and heat vents. The team that worked on our renovation has been a pleasure to work with and the quality of work is exceptional. I always imagined renovations would be more stressful, but Dave kept the stress away…I’m sure he felt it on our behalf. We are looking forward to working with Dave and the team on our next project.

Dave and his team renovated our family bathroom/laundry and ensuite. Communication throughout was fantastic. All trades were excellent to work with and very professional. The project ran smoothly and on time. When issues were encountered with the bathroom cabinets, Dave took control to ensure everything was sorted out. Dave and his team were professional and helpful through the process of designing and building my 2 new bathrooms and powder room. I love my new lux modern Hamptons bathrooms! They look amazing, from the additional light provided by the Velux skylights they installed, down to the beautiful tiles and lux features like heated flooring and towel rails.
All trades were excellent at their craft and had a good eye for detail to ensure I was happy with every aspect of their work.
Dave was an excellent project manager who kept things moving and had a great handle on everything that was happening at my house whether he was on-site or not.

Dave and his team undertook a complete remodel of our bathroom. The end result is important, but also the communication throughout the process. All of the trades who worked on our bathroom were really good to deal with. The bathroom looks great, with the design coming up really well.

Dave and his team at Bayview Renovations have just completed our master en-suite reno (actually more of a rebuild!) and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish Dave was enthusiastic and passionate about our project. He kept us constantly updated and involved and was always available to discuss ideas and sort out any minor snags. Even more impressive is that, despite all the current problems with supply, covid and flu, the whole renovation was completed in a little over 3 weeks as promised. He and all of his team take pride in their work and it shows in the finished result and we now have a beautiful en-suite that is a pleasure to use. We would have no hesitation in recommending Bayview Renovations – in fact we already have!

Day 1. He had great ideas, and also listened to ours, and what we wanted from our home.

His communication throughout our project was faultless. The timeline he quoted for our project (punched through 1930s brick walls to create a new WIR, ensuite, and a WIP, also remodel our kitchen, powder room, laundry and open up a staircase wall, plus new flooring throughout) was 8 weeks. We had builder friends doubt this would be accurate- but Dave provided us with a timeline and kept his tradies to this to the letter. IMPRESSIVE prior to Christmas and in the thick of lockdowns and restrictions at the start of the build.

Dave provided us with videos and photos almost daily to ensure all was on track and turning out how we wanted it.

The trade teams he used were all lovely people and their quality of work couldn’t be faulted. They also talked highly of him- which is lovely to see the mutual respect and great culture in his workplace.

Having an interior decorator, Mel who assisted us in choosing the tiles, fittings etc was also invaluable - esp during Melbournes lockdowns when we couldn’t view things in person. She made it so much easier for the project to go ahead and I had faith that she understood our vision.

Overall the pricing was fair and reasonable - although of course, more than we wanted to spend! Dave has asked me to put together a list of anything that needs touching up or fixing after his team get back from their Christmas break- but tbh it’s a very short list!

We are loving being back in our renovated house, it’s turned out really beautifully - and have received compliments from all who’ve come through. That skylight Dave.

Dave and his team went above and beyond- and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his business (in fact I already have to friends!).

We received a number of quotes for our bathroom renovations, but Dave was by far the most enthusiastic and engaged. Dave and his team at Bayview renovations recently upgraded our main bathroom, ensuite and walk in robe. From the initial site visit to the design and build, we have been in great hands. Our main bathroom and ensuite are built using all the same components which have really lifted the look of our house. Daves idea to split our 80s style walk in robe and ensuite into two separate rooms was a masterstroke.
All the subtrades that worked at our property were courteous and cleaned up after themselves, but more importantly their work was first class. Dave would be onsite most days to inspect after each trade.
What I really liked was that Dave would go out of his way to keep you informed as the project progressed. The finished product is absolutely first class and we love showing it all off to our family and friends.

Dave and his team have recently renovated our family bathroom. From the planning process through to completion, communication and quality of work was outstanding. We now have an amazing bathroom and loved the renovation process with Bayview. Highly recommend.

Bayview Renovations transformed our tiny 70s-style semi-ensuite into a modern, good size bathroom and also took care of the relocation of cupboards and all the other little things associated with renovations. We first started talking to Dave about our plans in early 2020, but COVID meant that work couldn’t actually begin until early in October. Dave stayed in occasional contact during these months as we made minor modifications to our plans. Once work began, the bulk of it was completed in six weeks and everything was fully completed by Christmas. Dave listened carefully to what we wanted and, while he made many excellent suggestions, he always understood our choices and respected our decisions. All the tradespeople that he engaged to work on our project were courteous and thoughtful and their work was of excellent quality; we have already offered some of them additional work on other projects. It was clear that they all had a very high regard for Dave, who came most days to inspect their work. At these times he often noticed little things that needed attention, including things that we would never have noticed ourselves. There were no unexpected variations in the quoted cost; in fact, in more than one instance, Dave absorbed additional costs rather than pass them on to us. Overall, we were very satisfied with Bayview Renovations and we are delighted with our new bathroom.
