Bayswater Nails

Tried this place as it’s close to home. Just needed a basic pedicure, trim and file nails. The lady cut my cuticle which proceeded to bleed a lot. She put something on to stop the bleeding but it should not have happened if she was careful. The place didn’t look particularly clean either so I had concerns about it getting infected. I won’t be back.

I don't think the price is worth the quality of work, after a week my acrylic nails were lifting at the base and it wasn't done all the way to the cuticle so they grew out very quickly. I've never had my nails start to lift so badly. They charged an extra $10 for the shape which was just a basic shape anyway, so I'm not really sure what the basic rate of $70 is covering just for a refill if not shaping and filling.

The woman at the counter was incredibly rude when I went to enquire about pricing She wanted to charge 50$ for shellac off and new coat (no manicure) The same service has never cost more than 35$ at other stores In Boronia, I’ll never set foot in the Bayswater salon again and I don’t know how they stay open

Always happy with the service here, creative designs and good quality results. Never had issues with lifting or breaking, highly recommended. Support local!

Excellent customer service
The actual work itself I don’t believe is worth the prices there asking. Price list isn’t accurate, shouldve only be charged $70-75 and was charged $95.most my nails are now crooked and the nails themselves are lumpy and uneven.extremely disappointing.

Absolutely LOVE the team at Bayswater Nails. Always so an incredible job with my nails and shellac pedis!

Sns was bubbly and shape was uneven. Cost $85 for basic French dip sns which normally costs me $45-$50. She didn't put it down to the end of my bed nail so now my nails aren't even a week old and look grown out.

I went on a Thursday night, it was very busy but the service was still very good and I love my nails.

Came here with my sister tonight for SNS. Very friendly people, engaged in conversation with us, gentle on our hands, hygienic, and beautiful nail art which came out just like the picture I showed on my phone. Thank you

It has been a long time since my last set of nails, so I thought I'd try somewhere different. I gave Bayswater Nails a call and went in to get a new set of SNS nails.
They were easy to talk to, with a relaxing environment, there were also long-term customers that were there at the same time as I was, everyone was super friendly.
They did a great job, and I will be going back for my next set.

Wow! What an incredible experience. I Have been looking for a decent Nail Salon in Melbournes South East for months and just happened to stumble across Bayswater Nails for the first time.
Owned and operated by a beautiful husband and wife couple - they were incredibly hospitable, accommodating and made absolute sure that my best friend and I left completely satisfied and happy with our services.
Constant check ins throughout the service, fast but without jeopardising quality, and the owners are extremely engaged with their clients.
Love love love this place - 11/10!

Such an amazing experience. This was my first time going to this place and I will definitely be going back. Staff are so friendly, I showed the lady a photo of what I wanted and she did my nails so perfectly.

I had a pedicure shellac done. Everything was done in ten minutes. For the money you pay. It was a terrible job. I wouldn’t go there a again

I have changed my review from 4 to 5 as I feel they are one of the best in the area. I have now tried about four in the area, I have come back here.

Something you may not think about, there range is extensive. When you ask for your nails shaped, they give examples - how wonderful. They finish off with cuticle oil, just a nice touch for me.

Had another job completed a couple of weeks ago, loved it such a good job. ️️️

The owners are pleasant friendly and wonderful people. They work so hard and do such a beautiful job. Will always recommend them.
