Required numerous exact (down the the mm) glass sheets for a terrarium and each one was cut to fit perfectly from measurements given over the phone, and delivered to my home.

Had a pane of glass replaced. Extremely happy with the service, was worried about being over charged by dodgy companies or having a low quality job done. Bayswater glass exceeded my r expectations, would recommend to anyone.

I needed 7 windows replaced at my home, I rang Bayswater glass as they are fairly local. It was late september. The guy came out and knew his stuff, I accepted the quote happily without argument. He came back after a few weeks and a couple of calls and replaced one window, promising to return to finish the job soon. No one called or turned up. After another 4 weeks I called and was told they had 'forgotten' about my job and could they come the next week to finish? No call and no one turned up the next week. When I called an apology was offered, and i was told they were too busy to come back till "after xmas". I said ok sure. So we get to the end of January and nothing has happened so I call again and was told "next week for sure". Still the next week came and went and still nothing. I decided to call one last time thinking these guys are just taking the piss. I was told they were too busy to do my job, they had just taken on a job for a large builder. They suggested I try to get another glazier to do my job. Thats what i suggest you do.

I just had Bayswater Glass come to replace my glass where an air conditioner used to be. The man was helpful, punctual, fast and provided useful information for me. They were the cheapest of 3 quotes. I would not hesitate in getting Bayswater Glass to come to my house again. Definitely recommend.
