I rang Bayside Solicitors to help with conveyancing for a property I bought recently. I rang them purely by chance after doing a search for local solicitors and their name came up. Annabelle. B.was quick to reply via email and very quickly addressed the required process for the purchase. As I am relatively new to the purchase of property she was very patient and understanding of my uncertainties and offered full assistance throughout the whole process. Annabelle Brasher was our conveyancer when we sold our house after a separation. All of the paperwork was done via email and so it was difficult for me as I did not understand the terminology of the real estate and legal process of settlement.
