Carolina is easy to talk to, friendly and supportive. Didn't really believe in hypnotherapy at first but she proved me wrong

I saw Carolina for both counselling & hypnotherapy. She was very down to earth, empathetic, professional but created a casual & relaxed atmosphere. LOVED IT!

You know, I never believed that I could have some serious psychological problems buried and lurking in my unconscious realm that was impacting my life and everything I do. Everything on surface was fine and I could not root out the problem that was causing my social life to decay and my college grades to dwindle in the wind. A friend recommended that I try psychotherapy to bring light to my troubling opponent before it does all but consume my existence. I thank you, Adam Szmerling (who’s last name I cannot pronounce). I thank you for helping me get to root of my problem. I will look to talk to you on Skype in the preceding months to come. I feel like a huge burden has been lifted, and perhaps I can completely extinguish my psychological disorder (as I call it).

Very down to earth and professional psychotherapist. At first I thought I wasn't getting much back but after some time I discovered that he was listening to what I wasn't saying as much as to what I was saying. He helped clarify a new perspective and find the confidence I never know I had. I will return for sure.
