Bayside Pottery Studio

I tried one-off taster class today, as I have never worked with clay before. It was a lovely class in a relaxed atmosphere and Maree was welcoming and patient teacher. I would definitely return for future workshops or one of the 4-week sessions. Bonus points for Matteo the cat's supervision and moral support:)

I wanted to find somewhere to do something creative with a great energy & something I would enjoy. From my first session I was blown away! I not only found exactly what I was looking for but time just seems to fly as I am immersed in such a fun & great way I am learning & creating & loving it. I am not very talented in Art at all but Maree teaches you step by step with patience & support so what I make looks beautiful! I am back now doing Term 2 - I highly recommend this place -

I have just completed 6 weeks of pottery with Maree, it was my first introduction to clay. Besides the fantastic atmosphere, calming yet stimulating, Maree offers a standout service.

I did the joint class of four, it was truly the closest thing to a one on one. Maree gives instruction which is professional yet personable. She assists in directing the student with their vision in every aspect.

I understand why many students return to Maree’s studio to further their skill and creations.
