Bayside you rock! Close to everything, parking nearby, great facilities and great sized rooms with plenty of beds, comfy as, staff are amazing super helpful, relaxed and welcoming, even got us an extra heater for the room for us Sydneysiders ha ha will definitely be back xx

Place was awesome. Super affordable and awesome staff, thank you Tim! We arrived far later than we expected and Tim was super laidback and friendly about it all. Was perfect location for us, only 10 mins out from the CBD and a short tram to St Kilda beach. Will definitely be returning!

Stayed here for 3 nights as I had a tournament in St Kilda. The facilities were amazing.clean and comfy room and bed, free wifi, clean shared bathroom space. Definitely will be staying there again in the future! Thanks Tim!

Bayside house is a truly wonderful hostel! The kitchen is a very large space with all the cooking facilities you need and very large fridges to store your stuff. The communal area comes with a pool table and lots of quirky decorations including a very large TV and comfy bean bags/seating areas. Theres lots of toilets and showers so you're never waiting around and all very clean. Tim the manager is a fantastic host and is very accommodating, ensuring you have all you need! He's responsive and always at hand. The private rooms are a nice size, very clean and all come with TV's and a comfy bed. It's a super convenient location with the bustle of St Kilda just around the corner, convenient parking, and access to tram and bus stops just over the road. Tim definitely makes the experience and the hostel is recommended. We will definitely return here before leaving our stay in Melbourne! Shanice and Jareth ️

Booked under the old name of Melbourne Hostel on HostelWorld and upon arrival realised my mistake as I had no booking.

Even though it was Melbourne GP weekend and they were fully booked the staff found us a room in the old salon.

Biggest bunch of legends running the place, were all super responsive to any of our needs and made us feel right at home.

Had a party the Saturday night and had free beers and drinks for all residents staying over the weekend!

Great place! The receptionist was very helpful and welcoming. I had a very comfortable stay. Bathroom was exceptionally clean for a hostel. Even paper towels and soap provided.
Would definitely stay again if i come back to melbourne!

I came for Grand Prix And I got best stay ever - clean rooms, great common areas and great people? Home away from home. I feel loved and cared of!

Really great place to stay. Clean, comfortable and the people running the place really care about looking after their guests. Will be my first pick for staying in Melbourne in the future.

Stayed here during opening week and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The location was perfect, right next to the F1 track and close to all bars and restaurants in the area.
Rooms and all facilities were really clean, and the staff couldn't have treated us better.
Definitely recommend.
