Highly recommend Bay st Osteo for their great service and expertises. Shout out to Craig White who fitted me in as a last minute emergency appointment due to a very painful shoulder/scap injury. He was very knowledgeable and relieved a lot of the pain and ensured I had exercises to manage and reduce injury.

I’ve suffered from migraines and neck pain for over 10 years, and nothing has ever worked for very long. I started coming to see both Jaydah and Craig and not only have I had significant relief after every visit; my migraines are further apart and I have some good exercises and stretches to help on a day to day basis. I was recommended to Craig by a good friend. I had a weak lower back which continued to give me a lot of trouble impacting my day to day. Through Craig’s treatment and experience he soon realised that my weak back was caused by my right hip and suggested I have some testing done. Testing revealed a tear in my ligament among other things which required surgery. I’m now two months post surgery and my back and hip feel great. I’d been seeing another practitioner for 3 years prior to Craig and I honestly believe that if I didn’t switch to Craig I’d still be having back issues. I continue to see Craig for maintenance and am indebted to my friend for the recommendation.
