Down doonah that cost me $600 some how vanishes from existence because it was labelled incorrectly. It's been 3 months, tried contacting multiple times and treated like a leper. Do not use their service. Absolutely criminal.
I use bayside dry cleaners for washing, ironing, dry cleaning as well as regular linen cleaning for my business. There customer service is always friendly, they have never let me down. Highly Recommend!
I sent my jacket for dry cleaning 4 months ago and still have not received it back. I have received three text messages when I have asked for updates but basically ignored.
This is a system of trust. I left my jacket and fully expected it back.
I understand things can go wrong but apologies and explanations are necessary.
Surely minimum duty of care is to keep me informed rather have me follow up.
I will never use this business again and would recommend it to nobody.
I have never left a negative review ever but this makes me very sad.
