Bayside Dry Cleaners

Still in shock at the fact that it cost $60 to get the hem of a dress taken up! They outsource their alterations so they couldn't tell me how much it was going to cost - if they'd told me $60, there is no way I would have gone through them. What a rip-off

I had an expensive coat dry cleaned with this mob. Not only did they fail to follow the desingers guidlines but they took my money for ruining my coat and said they were sorting out the issue with the designer.
They never responded and when i revisted the lady at the counter kept telling me that the owner was unavailable.
Extremely poor service

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. Don’t bother going here unless you want to waste your money and time. Cost me $50 to get a dress dry cleaned and the dress wasn’t ready to be picked up at the time they said it would be ready. They told me to come on the 4th day and it wasn’t ready, they then told me to come next day which I did and it was still not ready. Wasted so much time travelling back and forth and finally was able to pick up the dress on the 3rd attempt….

Very disappointing service. Had to take my clothes back to have them re-cleaned as the first time it looked like there had been no attempt to clean them. The clothes were in no better condition the second time so had to pay to go to another dry cleaner. Don't waste your time or money!

I would not recommend this dry cleaners for anyone looking to have designer or vintage clothing taken care of. My designer blazer was damaged from being ironed at a very high heat leaving shiny iron marks all over the blazer leaving the jacket looking dirty. I have tried to remove these lines with no success, inner seam lines have transferred shiny lines on the outside fabric. The fabric has stiffened especially the lapels and sadly the jacket doesn't sit as it use to and the lapels no longer match. The hooks were damaged in the dry cleaning process and the staff did assist in fixing this and I am grateful for that however I will not use this service again.

Needed my number put on my footy guernsey and the team at Bayside were fantastic. Would recommend for sure!
