Staff were very kindly able to fit me in last minute for a surgical excision. I found all staff (reception, nurses, Dr Tasos) to be very kind, patient and helpful. They made a scary procedure (scary for me, routine for them) more than bearable.

Dr Pérez is the best. He’s been helping me with my autoimmune disease and my loss of hair. Highly recommended.

I had a minor but sensitive procedure and this place couldn’t have handled better and made me feel comfortable as can be. Wasn’t even charged for 2 of my visits. Only dermatology centre I’ll ever go.

Dr Stavrakoglou has treated my wife for a dry skin wound and results in two weeks. She tried else where with no success. I am now seeing him as well for Keloid scars. The Center staff are very professional and so nice to deal with.

I developed an autoimmune skin condition approximately 15 years ago, and despite going to 4 Dermatologists, I had no success with finding a solution.
I then was referred to Dr Tasos. Tasos knew how to treat my problem and I received instant relief. He is always so sympathetic and when I need to speak with him about any concerns, he always rings me back - very impressive!
If you haven't had any luck with finding the right Dermatologist, then contact Tasos. I am sure you won't be disappointed.

! BEWARE TOTALLY UNETHICAL!

Received an initial consultation by a GP who referred me here. After an hour in waiting room Dr. Tasos wanted to do another check but clearly stated he wouldn't charge me for it. Once the procedure was complete I was charged for it anyway. When I tried to explain the situation, they refused to change the fee.

I'm sure the Dr's are great dermatologists but in my experience they have no problem charging as much as they possibly can for their services.

Would not recommend.

I cannot fathom the sentiment expressed by Zach Price re Dr Tasos. If it weren't for Tasos correctly diagnosing and treating multiple skin cancers I wouldn't be here today. Perhaps Zach in future should seek professional via the public system route rather than complain of having to pay for a procedure performed in a private setting without the out of pocket costs one would have to endure for a day procedure in a private hospital.

I cannot recommend Dr Stavrakoglou highly enough and have referred many family and friends to Bayside Dermatology, where they have all been extremely satisfied with his expertise, attention to detail, and patient care. Thanks again - Five Stars for the entire team at Bayside Dermatology

Couldn’t thank Dr Perez enough. He was fantastic with my son, explained his condition and his treatment so he understood. Treatment went very well he was very thorough and 12 months later my son has gone from having cystic acne to clear skin. Would recommend him to all my family and friends.

I have been here before for my own skin checks, however took my 11 year old daughter for a consultation (her first skin consultation) and felt incredibly rushed in the consult. The Dermatologist (not one I had seen) barely even looked at her skin, handed over a bunch of scripts to get filled and dot pointed a few notes and sent us on our way (less than 10 minutes). I should have asked more questions but just felt like a number and that she was on a tight time limit - even though the consult cost $275! Will go elsewhere next time and look for someone who shows more consideration.

Interesting to read a few negative reviews for Dr Alfonzo Perez, we received a completely different (positive) experience with him- after seeing multiple very experienced and expensive dermatologists including Prof Rod Sinclair and not feeling like we were getting anywhere or being heard, we were put onto Dr Perez as a second opinion and couldn’t be happier with what we’ve received from him so far. We found many other dermalotogists dismissive or arrogant, Perez wasn’t anything like this. Sure he has a stronger personality and is a very busy guy, but we were treated with genuine empathy and felt like he really wanted to help us with the problem, rather than just blowing us off and saying to try a different, ineffective topical treatment. He explains things clearly, listens to your issues and addresses them with a clear path forward, with the goal of getting you to a good place where he doesn’t need to see you anymore- a big difference than the “ let’s wait and see” approach we’ve had in the past, which we’ve forked out a small fortune got in the past with little progress seen. Would definitely recommend him

My husband and I see Dr Tasos for regular skin checks. He is always caring and kind and very clearly explains the required treatment.

Maybe runs a little late sometimes but the care clearly explains why and to us it’s worth it.

Extremely caring staff and we will miss Nurse Miriam. You have been wonderful over the years.

This clinic is always running terribly late, just keep that in mind and expect to be waiting for at least an hour. Dr Tasos is very good though and is worth the long wait. He is professional, an excellent communicator and will give you a clear plan for the treatment of your skin problem. Beware of Dr Perez, he is very dismissive, poor communicator and will perform procedures on you without explaining what he is doing or why

Disappointing experience with Perez. 10 minute consult costing $260 where literally if you removed the skin photography and patient description, the doctor provided just 3 minutes of expertise. Very little insight provided and not going back.

Very disappointing experience with Dr Perez. He was rushed and uninterested in getting to the bottom of the issue or fulfilling my GP's request. I felt like my presence there was like an inconvenience to him and these appointments are expensive! The nurses and other staff are lovely - cannot fault them in any way - but I'll be asking to see a different dermatologist on my next visit which I'm hoping I won't ever need.

Dr. Stephanie tizi is a great dermatologist.she attend s the patient with great professionalism and explain everything and very kind hearted lady. I recommend everyone should go there for skin related problems.

Got a text to say they were running late which was fantastic.

Thorough check out and even fixed a few sun spots as well.
