Have used Bayside multiple times now and they are the best demolition guys in the business. They are fast and price is always competitive.

Bayside was highly recommended to us from friends and colleagues who spoke highly of the services and professionalism. They did not disappoint and far exceeded our expectations with their attention to detail and the friendly and great communication. They were professional, very competitive and efficient, while being friendly and accommodating to our needs. We would highly recommend Bayside Demolition.

Got them to demolish a carport and garage, started great, then the ghosting began! I asked (in writing and verbally 3 times) to check that they were ok to clear boxes in the carport when they cleared the garage (pre quoting) and got written and verbal replies that it was 'no problem'. On the day of the job they left the boxes scattered out the back and when I visited and said that these were to go too.the guy there said 'I was told to dump em out' and then said I'll check. When I called I got no reply to emails/ phone. So I took them to the recycle, wouldn't have minded but got so many confirmations that they were good to do it. Then when the carport was removed but the attachments were left hanging off (after being told they would be neatly cut back). One dangerously fell out when I paid someone else to remove them. They parked their truck on the metal grate in the grate in the driveway costing another $1000 to fix. Months later when they actually answered my emails I got no response other than 'my brother shouldn't have said that' to the box removal and nothing regarding the shoddy carport removal. Started so great but cost me a bucket unnecessarily.

3- Asked about the box removal PRE quote and several times after.
4- was never feasible for you to do concreting at the price you quoted so took you on for what I could offer you.this is not unreasonable

This is the second demo job that you guys have done for me, and i couldn't be happier with the service you've provided. In an industry full of cowboys you guys have been really good to deal with. I appreciate your flexibility along the process and your good communication, and I will enthusiastically recommend guys to anybody who asks about demolition.

Quick and knowledgeable. I could not recommend Bayside highly enough! The demolition aspect of my subdivision was so simple; They worked in the timeline with my builder, which was so helpful with how crazy the building process has been with COVID. I highly recommend Bayside Demolition what a great team! I needed a masonry wall removed by council order as it was not safe any more. I rang and spoke to Shaun who was very helpful. Shaun arranged everything and within days the wall was down. It was done in a very safe way. The guy’s did a great job and left my property clean! Thanks again to the Bayside Demolition team!

Bayside Demo did an amazing job for us - partial demolition of a home including asbestos audit and removal - prior to our renovation works. The team were professional, great communicators and very well priced. Even more so, they have a great focus on sustainability and recycling materials where possible, that goes above and beyond any other Demo company we've seen!
