Was looking for g8 insoles and these guys were the only place I could find stock in my size. Delivery was prompt so that's five stars

I was buying my girlfriend roller skates for her birthday. We came to Bayside Blades being not very informed. After the service with Billy we not only were informed but we got great deals spent just a little more than 300AUD for skates, pads, and a helmet! I definitely recommend Billy was super friendly and it is very inviting to persons whom are new to skating!

Skaters working behind the counter who know what they are talking about, as someone who used to skate long ago buying a new pair was cruisy.

Cool store, Tyson is a legend! Helped set me up with what I needed to get started rollerblading and let me know about the Facebook groups for skating meet ups etc.

I ordered skates for my daughters birthday and there was a size mix-up (on my end) i got in touch with them and they sorted the mistake out and helped me get the right blades sent out to her

Bayside Blades are quite possibly the greatest company I've ever dealt with. I bought a scooter for my daughter's birthday which arrived the very next day! Unfortunately, it was damaged in transit by the unnamed transport company. I spoke with Todd who sincerely sympathized with my situation and arranged an immediate replacement BEFORE having me return the damaged one. This also arrived the very next day! Todd, you are an absolute legend and if it wasn't for you and your team, my daughter would not have opened her new scooter on her birthday. I very much appreciate all you did, and I look forward to dealing with you again in the near future.

Incredible service and knowledge, I was originally served by Billy in store to help me decide on new quad boots and then was taken care of on their site live chat when I wanted to add plates & accessories and get it shipped as I'm outside of Melbourne. I am about a year and half into quad skating, I have three pairs of skates and lots of accessories. Online shopping can be daunting, Bayside take out the worry. Great service and advice from Matt and Todd. It's my go to skate shop.
