15Asked for a new chain on my echo chainsaw.they said it wasn't a standard chain size and would make one up.charged me $100 and just sharpened the chain that was already on it.don't use them.
My husband Went to store with what he was told may be a spark arestor problem by the young attendant on phone.i was told by the older person that it would take six weeks to look at it, but then the young chap said that he remembered the call and then proceeded to fix it and did Many thx AAAAAAAAAA+

I wanted to buy a Stihl Kombi-system:
A KM 94 R - engine;
A FS-KM - straight shaft brush cutter;
A FCS-KM - straight shaft lawn edger;
Plus a MS 180 chainsaw.
I contacted this dealership and was quoted the recommended price. I asked if they would give me a discount as I was buying 4 items at once, but was told “no”, the prices are fixed. The overall price was over $1,300.
Next day I contacted another (nearby) Stihl sales store and asked them the same question. Without hesitation they reduced the overall price by almost $200!
It pays to shop around. So Baybury has lost my business forever.
Asked for a lawnmower service. Ended up with a whole lot more done without our knowledge. End price was 150% of the verbal quote. Make sure you get a quote in writing, and ask them to run extra work by you. Better yet, just go somewhere else.
Have purchased quite a few pieces of equipment from Baybury over a number of years and have had excellent service and great advice.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff always willing to help and no pressure to buy.
Whatever your purchase, you will receive full instructions on its use and have it filled with oil and fuel.
I would never even think about going elsewhere (particularly the large stores).
Staff are always polite and knowledgeable. Have had mowers serviced and purchased parts and I'm very happy with the service and the price.

Went to Baybury to get my chain on chainsaw sharpened, took it home to cut some timber was still bunt, took it back, they sharpened it. Again, took it home to again cut timber, blunt. Had to take it to another service outlet close by where they sharpened it properly. Customer service was good, however I am reluctant to get anything serviced there in the future.
Top notch store, they have never failed to have in stock the parts i have needed to repair my gardening equipment. Always give fantastic advice too.
I purchased a 14" stihl chainsaw from baybury and received excellent customer service and a fantastic chainsaw, it has never let me down, l won't go anywhere else from now on

Purchased a chainsaw file set from these extra friendly guys. I was looking good until I got home and one of the files was broken. This is where they get the one star. They were unable to send me a file in the mail and I would have to drive more than one hour back to the store for a four dollar file. If they change their position on sending me the file in the mail then I will change this review. Sorry guys. But you failed me. I nearly purchased this file on Amazon. If I had then Amazon would have sent me out a new file in the mail the same day. That’s the service I’m looking for! This is why the small stores like this in the end will fail if I don’t try and compete on service.
