Recently had the team come out and remove several old systems and install a ducted RC heating and cooling system. They did such a fantastic job. They were fastidious about the install and showed such concern about every detail. The new system works perfectly - so happy with the outcome. Tom and his team were great in replacing two split system air conditioners that have the outdoor units installed on a historical registered apartment building roof - the crane lift was expertly done. Their overall quote for what was required was the best as was their work that they did expertly, efficiently and neatly. A very respectful team and great to deal with, including the office staff.

I used Bayair for the installation of 3 large split systems in Sandringham in March 2023. The job wasn’t straightforward and the guys did a great job and pricing was very competitive? Would definitely recommend using Tom and the team.

Spoke with someone this morning about my two air con units displaying an error. The guy told me he wouldn't be able to come and check the system for a week, but told me how to check something by turning off at the switchboard, as that could reset the system. The air con is now back working. THANK YOU for the free advice.

I had ducted split system installed in April 2022, & have had the pleasure of heating and cooling at my fingertips ever since. My electricity bills have gone down and I’m very happy with the performance of my ducted split system. We had both upstairs and downstairs ducted air conditioning replaced by bayair and it was very complicated work due to the house structure. Tom was honest and very easy to work with and we were confident he would go a great job. It took more days and more work than expected and they didn't charge more.
They laid out drop sheets to prevent the dust to the kitchen and put the sheet on the timber floor as well then got to work. They even cleaned up and left the house and yard spotless.

Could not be happier with Bayair. This is the 5th aircon unit we have had them install.since the first one we don't bother getting quotes; we know their prices are competitive but they are such a delight to work with and they are local which is what I like. The thing which impressed me the very first time we worked with them was that they ACTUALLY followed through with everything they said they would do. Basic I know but it is not standard. So when they said they woud call.they called. When they said they would provide a quote.they provided a quote. When they said they would turn up.they turned up! Their tradespeople are always neat and courteous and they clean up after themselves. Couldn't fault them over 5 aircon units in three different houses.

Really happy with the replacement of the ducted a/c for the second storey of my townhouse. Daikin unit cools perfectly and is very quiet. Easy and quick to get a quote and the job was scheduled as soon as possible. Bayair are punctual, efficient, professional. Would definitely recommend.
