Bay Views Golf Course

Played at Bay Views today and the condition of the course fairways / greens / tees was just about perfect.especially the greens & fairways.lots of interesting holes.not a long course but still very challenging.

The golf course is fantastic for a public course. It has some difficult holes, but that's why we play. Golf wins all the time.

The people at the pro shop were the rudest I’ve ever dealt with at golf course ever, it was raining heavily and we were there for a good friends birthday. They wouldn’t let us leave our possessions under cover in the shop for 2 minutes. They were incredibly rude I will not be going back and won’t recommend it. The only redeeming factor the actual course is nice but I’m completely put off by the rude blokes.

Walked in and the older guy at the desk with glasses was poor.was extremely rude to us and had the audacity to claim that one of us didn’t pay.what a jew!

Fantastic golf course. Views from every hole - thoroughly enjoyed this and will definitely be back.

A lovely short course but the green is very tricky! Absolutely brilliant place to play golf overlooking a beautiful backdrop of the bay!

Well maintained course with amazing views. Greens are immaculate but impossible to read. Great value, especially the afternoon rate. A must play for anyone visiting the Rosebud area.

As young students in a small car we weren't able to fit 2 bags in the car so we just brought 1 bag and all the clubs. He wouldn't let us play even if I carried just the clubs outside of the bag, which was extremely dissapointing and discouraging.

Excellent course, with magnificent views and some interesting holes.
Layout is difficult enough for the average player (yes, most of us) but it is reasonably difficult to lose your ball. Recommended.

Great bay views (pardon the pun) all the way to Sorento & across the bay, course is in Excellent condition, the greens are on the slow side and a little challenging in spots, it's a fair walk, good course for a cart. Overall a great day here.

Played here plenty and a couple of the staff members are really good. Overall though most experiences I have had here are terrible. Never any cart availability regardless of the day or time. Last time I played I asked what was the best day/time to hire them when I play and he responded booking years in advance. Which you can’t book more than a week or so in advance. Love a good lie to the face.

One time was chased down for being too slow and playing in a group of 5. Was told that we were holding people up and by the time we reached the 17th green we like have to let the group behind through. By the time we finished the 17th the group behind was finishing off the 15th. So they were the group slowing everything down but I got the blame. They never apologised.
The week after played with one friend and was slowed down at the 3rd and 4th from the group in front playing a 7 man scramble, and they were not even average golfers it was a joke. So I rang the clubhouse politely and they just laughed it off.

So sad that such a beautiful course with great rates have staff members that are so poor with people skills. Especially since most of them have been around people for multiple decades it surprises me they didn’t learn anything. Good on you men and women who do like and and get treated well by all means keep playing there. But when I recommended friends or customers of mine to golf courses it sure won’t be this one.

Beautiful Golf Course, staff dampened the morning. Very rude, told us we should hurry up the moment we arrived. Ruined the experienced for us.

Great place to play golf even if you are not playing so well. It least you have a great view of the bay.

If I could sum up my my experience at the Bay Views golf course in a single word, it would be "wow. " Maticulously manicured greens, awe inspiring ocean views, the setting could not be more pristine for a day of the sport of kings. Of the many highlights this world class course gifted us over the day, one particular experience stands tall. As the sun set over the 11th hole, a rustling in the bushes caught the attention of the group. Amongst the dizzying beauty of the course, an act matching it's brilliance and glory was unfolding right before our eyes. Two of the older gentlemen staff members of the club were intertwined in an act of passionate, deep, lust filled love making. Laid upon a makeshift bed of red polo shirts that they had torn from each other's quivering bodies, we watched in awe as the men furiously left divots in each other's cheeks with their throbbing members from the 69 position under the glorious sunset. We came for a day of rest and relaxation, we received a lesson in how intense and beautiful a love between two human beings can get. 5 stars. Would recommend.

Great public golf course. If you are a golfer follow the lay of the land when it comes to putting and you can go wrong.

Played here this afternoon with my partner because we live just down the road. We got let through by a father with his two kids after they'd teed off. We had not even hit the green and the proshop attendant came down in a buggy and had the nerve to tell my partner if she was having trouble to just pick the ball up l. She hit the green in about 3-4 strokes. She was not struggling one bit. He then drove up next to me and said that we need to make sure we keep pushing along as there is now 3 groups waiting because they have got busy all of a sudden. Having a Marshall come out before we had completed the first hole it ridiculous! We then had to wait on every single hole for about 5 minutes at a time!

As I am a member of The Dunes just down the road I was extremely displeased with this attitude and rudeness from this staff member!

I will not be back and would rather pay more for a better course and friendly staff.

Beautiful course in fantastic condition, however, our game was ruined by the fact that we were a 4 group very closely followed by two 3 groups, we were hassled by staff to speed up our game, even though we got around the course In 4 hours.
Dissapointing.

We played on a package of 2 player shared electric cart on a deal every Wednesday. Super dupper satiesfied with the package the course and the hospitality especially from the players before and adter our tee time, they are the member and really made us feel like home course. The staff are warm and helpful, facility is clean. We want to come back to this course again
