22I also come to this clinic to see Doctor Felman, who is WONDERFUL, but the receptionists are often incredibly rude and condescending. It is always a struggle to make an appointment at this clinic and it should not have to be.

Doctor Jack Felman is amazing. What a shame you have a bunch of rude receptionists letting the whole clinic down. How dare they speak to patients in such a condescending manner. Do better!
Some of the doctors here go above and beyond. Checking in on a patient on docs day off via a phone call.

Very very rude and discriminatory services. I booked the covid boosters for my parents here on the gov website. Upon arrival, they told my parents to get out cause they do not accept non medicare patients. Fair enough. But my parents barely speak the language so they called me in an attempt to understand what she was saying. They were desperate trying to understand what’s going on. Over the phone, I could hear the girl losing herself, raising her voice at my elderly parents” NO I’M NOT TALKING TO YOUR DAUGHTER. I’M NOT TALKING TO ANYONE. WE ARE NOT GIVING YOU THE VACCINES”. What’s so hard just putting me on the phone so I can translate for them? There is a large asian community in Brighton and if you think you are too superior to serve us, can always put it on a sign so we can avoid you or move your business somewhere with no asian.
Very disappointing service, no concern and no care factor whatsoever and rude to boot!
Went there because of integrative doctors with good reputations, always had to do my own research and request what i wanted to be looked at. Not worth the travel nor the 3x price of normal GP's.
Covid made things a million times worse, reception staff with attitudes and rude, requests via phone and email not executed and have had to always follow up.
IV clinic my husband attended was shut down and we were not notified so had to find somewhere else to continue his treatment and last straw when GP of close to five years retired and again no notification whatsoever.
My husband has a terminal illness and i was diagnosed with a tumour and no-one especially not the GP have contacted us to see if we are ok, if we need any treatment and no care whatsoever whether we lived or died.
Pretty pathetic, wouldn't bother with them.
Incredibly rude service, doctors and staff have different views on what they will do. Doctors say something can be done, ‘customer service’ say no.
Very very poor service. Called for a child's appointment for fever and cold after joining a new nursery. We have been asked to get a Covid test without even listening to the issue. Children picking bugs and viruses is common in nursery. Atleast they could have arranged a phone consultation with a Doctor.
Really nice practice, very friendly staff, it is busy practice but they treat everyone really well.
Terrible and unprofessional drs. Wasted my time twice, first time they made me wait an hour for the dr to get my flu vaccine only to have the dr tell me they don’t have any even though I booked the apt for one.gave them a second chance went in a second time and this time got a dud female dr that hardly looked at my baby even though she had a horrible cough, my old dr in Sydney had much better bedside manners and ability to explain and provide a diagnosis without feeling like your pulling teeth to understand what they’re trying say and really did not feel comfortable or confident in how she handled my child. Didn’t even offer a chest or swab test for a coughing baby which should be the norm - complete waste of time never going back.

I am moving my entire family medical records today so all four of us will move to the care of the new Nepean Health Care centre.
I don't think I need to post more other than the receptionist did not care when I mentioned that I would move from the practice last week due to 'attitude'.
The receptionist just told me the dr was to busy to see my extremely sick 5 yr old daughter. Absolute disgrace. We were there at 9am. First people in the place.
Took her to a elsternwick clinic. She was seen straight away before a full waiting room. 5 minutes in and out. Common sense was the winner
Exelent Skilled Doctors and Nurses and Recepion staff are caring and Professional I am so lucky to have them as my Med centre
We saw Dr Hussain to remove my son’s stitches. He is hyper sensative and was extremely nervous and she handled the situation brilliantly. She has quickly become part of our village. Would highly recommend.
In my 55 years of visiting medical practices I have never come across such rude and incompetent staff at reception. Their arrogance and ignorance know no bounds. Dr. Rod Lane was both helpful and efficient however I would rather visit a witch doctor in Haiti than go back to this alleged surgery!
Some of the doctors here are absolutely shocking to deal with. My wife has left here almost in tears after a doctor was so rude to her and very hard and strict with our son who was so ill. I went myself once and the doctor was so short and rude with me. While she was supposed to be checking my son she was on her phone checking social media. Even the receptionists said they have had a lot of complaints. Awful experience.
Me and my mother attend this clinic and have for the last 10 years. We are always treated with care. So glad we came to find Dr Hilton who is caring and committed to his patients. Reception are lovely and always great to talk to. Thank you Bay street:)
Very old reception is unfriendly and unprofessional. She did a mistake for the registration and no idea how to correct it. Hopeless!
Super old receptionist who looked like the Joker didn't even read my referral form instead told me they had nothing to do with urine samples and told me to go to a doctor.
Would be nice if they didn't ask the same question 9 times when I've given an answer the first 8 times.
Apart from the reception the doctors seem nice however I belive they are under a lot of stress.
