Jordan was able to, following some troubleshooting, download 20 000 odd photos from my iCloud to a portable HDD and at a reasonable price. Something I have not been able to do due to a technical issue with the last two phones. Nothing was a hassle, not even when I revisited to ask a few questions about the downloaded files. Highly recommend for knowledgeable and friendly service
