The team at Bay Hand Therapy are miracle workers and difference makers. With their care and support, my hands have improved dramatically and are so much better. Truly life changing.

I needed a Hand Therapist after I broke both arms– I asked around and was told Bay Hand therapy was the place to go. I rang for an appt late on a Friday and had one the following Monday. They are flexible with time, so I have been able to fit my appts around work. Having never been to a Hand Therapist before I had no idea what to expect. Amy & Beth have been sensational – explaining everything, managing my expectations of time to heal, and what’s next. They are encouraging when my progress is slow and celebrating with Gold stars when I achieve improvement in function and strength. Still a long way to go but I know they are part of my Team to get stronger, and with their help I anticipate showing my surgeon that I can get back more function than he expected. Thanks Amy & Beth for all your help – you are both Awesome. Just wish I could give you more than 5 stars**********

Beth claims "We take great pride in providing our patients with high quality patient care and education" - ABSOLUTE RUBBISH. Beth is incompetent, rude and her business practices are far from high quality. They are actually negligent. My daughter was sent there by a plastic surgeon to have silicon earrings placed in her ear after a keloid removal which was critical to help the wound heal. Beth did not have the earrings and thought it would be ok to MAKE her own whilst my daughter waited for an hour whilst Beth got her scissors and silicon and proceeded to make what can only be described as a joke and then charged us $180! You are not running art & craft class Beth! Consequently my daughters ears got infected and inflamed and it is likely that she will now need another surgery! Aside from her negligent business practices she is rude, demeaning and a bully - not fit to run a business particularly involving patient care. If I could give a minus score I would. DO NOT GO THERE!
