Bay City Scuba

Brilliant dive store and training. They may not be as cheap as some online places but they have superb product support, very knowledgeable, will only sell products you actually need and will help set up gear properly.
Dive training is much more thorough than other groups I've been with, with safe diving as the main goal.

The Staff at Bay City Scuba were extremely helpful assisting me and my partner with some new snorkelling gear after loosing a few things in Tasmania. They do have a great range of products on the showroom floor and were more then happy to have a chat and help resolve a few issues we had with our previous gear. I would highly recommend to people who are local, or heading over to Tasmania and need some last minute bits and pieces.

Worst service ever waited months for my gear to be serviced rang numerous times and was told they will call back never did then when finally pick it up after being serviced they couldn’t even put a new mouthpiece on my reg (wonder what I really paid for)
Worst customer service then he said he worked he bum off to get it done before a certain date don’t know what happened to the last 2 months they had it
Then I took it to a real dive service shop and they explained I was ripped of and had the rest of my gear serviced again and 3 days later they had it all replaced parts and working and even though in a new mouthpiece they never again

These guys rock training is the best Sara is a great teacher makes learning very easy had a great time and feel very confident now as a diver thanks very much guys awesome fun

I couldn’t have chosen a better dive company to go for my first Open Water course. The Bay City Scuba team is absolutely fantastic in terms of teaching the necessary skills required to go diving and also ensuring everyone was having a great time when diving. It was my first attempt to go scuba diving and I have to admit I was very nervous all throughout the course. I was struggling with some of the skills e.g. Mask removal but John and team were very patient with me and did not give up on me. They are the real deal as they will really make sure you are confident and ready before you get certified. Big thanks to the Bay City Scuba crew Gary, Sarah, Eric and most especially to John who was such a lovely instructor & extremely patient with me and encouraged me to keep going!
If scuba diving is something you want to learn, you can trust this team to teach you and support you the whole way through!

Rubbish store with rubbish employees. Funded by the bank of Mummy. When your own family writes bad reviews about you and your business you know something aint right there. Avoid like the plague people you will thank me later. P. S.you still need to pay the gentleman that stickered your windows for you. Poor bloke got ripped right off from you.

My partner and I did our Open Water course through Bay City Scuba in a hope to get our ticket for an upcoming tropical holiday. It far exceeded our expectations and we left the course with new skills, new friends and a new hobby.

The staff are passionate, caring and professional, taking extra care with any nervous students, resulting in confident divers after the course.

Went in today and spoke with Sarah i think it was apologies if I got her name wrong, never the less she was awesome all over her game didn't try and up sell me anything telling me to save my money in certain areas her expertise in the game is second to none thank you for all your help will be back soon for a suit computer and course

I have been on 3 trips so far with bay city scuba. These have been the best overseas trips I have ever had! Always make good friends and the trip is planned well so there is always something to do. Cannot wait for overseas travel to open up so we can continue the fun?

Genuine and down to earth people with excellent customer service. I won't be going anywhere else in Geelong for my dive gear from now on.
