The doctor, the staff and the premises where all great. A personable and professional environment. And on-prem pathology collection. Great all round.

I have always received exceptional and friendly care from this practice. I feel valued as a patient and always receive a warm welcome on arrival.
I regularly see Dr Prema Nayak who is caring and thorough and who is always willing to listen. I can't thank her enough for the care she has given me, particularly over the last 6 months, which have been very challenging.
I highly recommended this wonderful doctor and the team that make up this practice.

One of the best medical centres my son and I have ever been to. We have been to many in our lives, as my son has a rare condition. So caring and following up when needed. You are not a number but a person there. It is so good to see some old fashioned care!

Dr Nayak is an amazing GP, always kind and caring and very gentle with women's health checks. Having your prescription sms'd straight to your phone whilst having a telehealth consult is fantastic. A clinic i will definately return too. Reception staff have always been friendly even through this stressful pandemic.

Ty for your reply. Yes you are correct, about ear infections, I did jump the gun a bit, and do apologise.

Dr. Green is great- always happy to help out and search for the best possible way to assist you when sick. The other doctor basically wants you to be on your death bed before she bothers to lift a finger to give you some sort of help. Won’t be coming back again due to her

Don’t waste your time going here if you’re sick.
Upon greeting me and after I briefly described my symptoms I was asked “what do you want me to do? ”. (Well I’m not here for my tarot reading mate) to which I replied “find out what’s wrong with me”? (Generally why you’d go to a doctor) after he had a brief look at my throat and breathing he just put it down to a flu - mind you I am the sickest I’ve been in many years & have been in this state for over a week now,
Let me just say I’m no doctor but last I checked,
Swollen glands and tonsils, blocked ears, sore throat, body aches, fever, green/brown mucus, barking cough, wheezing and difficulty breathing would have to be a little more than a flu, don’t you think?
Will be getting a second opinion for sure and won’t be back here again.

My adult son went to see the doctor there and he said he just had a sore throat and a fever. I had already checked his throat earlier and saw there were a couple of white spots on the tonsils and back of the throat. My son got a lot worse the following day, fever continuing. Checked his throat again, his tonsils and throat were covered in white patches. He decided to go to Medical one instead, guess what? He has Tonsillitis and is on antibiotics and is very sick. Thanks Very much Dr Green what waste of time seeing you, when a lay person can clearly see theres an infection. Will never go back to Baxter Park to see this Doc again. I wasn't happy either when I went for something.

The kids area is great and large in size. They have immunisations available without having too wait and all was bulk billed.

Although the doctor was very nice. After me informing him of my symptoms, he checked my ear, had to remind him to check my throat. According to him all I had was blocked ear due to my cough and cold. Got worse overnight, so went back to our family dr who seen I had a large infection in my ear.
Sorry but not happy. Went to your surgery to try it out seeing you are close. Never will go back.
