I've used Kosta and the team at Batzi Electrical over and over again as they never disappoint. They have done my security system, alarm system, switchboard upgrade, all my renovations and even hung my TV's. Theres nothing they cant do and they do everything well. They are a very diligent company and would give them 6 stars if I could. Once you find a honest reliable tradie you should never let go and I never will let go of these guys.cheers

Kosta at Batzi is the best trade man I have ever used in any sense!
We had a very high electrical bill that need to find out the root cause. I approached a few electricians. Kosta is the only one who get to the problem-solving point directly.
He pointed out the most possible direction in the first instance (later on it was proved to be absolutely right!), and guided me through the process by text message/call, while he was busy on his other job.
He never hesitated telling me his analysis, never hide or took advantage of anything. With his expertise advice/direction, we found out the cause. Trying to pay him for the guidance, he did not take and told me it is part of his service.
He even went further and beyond, to recommend a plumber with a high reputation for us!

Had a defect with my fuse box and power was disconnected. Called him after-hours and he got back to me within 15 minutes (called like 10 emergency electricians) and came to my house almost instantly and checked out the problem. He got up super early the next day and squeezed me in to his tight schedule and my power was restored like 2 hours after he repaired the issue.

Dude honestly is a great and knowledgable guy. Would recommend 100%. He also dealt with the electrical distrubutor and did all the paper work for me as well.

Kosta was really good and professional from the 1st phone conversation I had with him right till completion of the job. He listened to see what I really wanted and suggested options and ideas to suit my limited budget. In the end, his ideas were much better than what I had originally wanted. It was also so much more cost effective for me.

I’m really happy with the quality, service and professionalism that Kosta demonstrated throughout the whole job.

He also followed up at night just to see how the lights looked like at night - just to find out if we were happy with the lights.

Batzi Electrical did an excellent job with our renovation which involved the addition of a new high end kitchen, laundry and second bathroom including outdoor lighting additions and some general electrical repairs to the existing parts of the house. Kosta was very responsive, helpful and always kept us informed in the relation to progress. Would highly recommend!
