Good service, Brass Monkey Refrigerator coolers are great value, best batteries in town and they fit them for free.

Under new management but still the great service as usual. Just had a new battery supplied and fitted. Very helpful and friendly staff. Merry Christmas

The boys at batteryland will sort you out no matter if your looking for a car battery or a motorcycle battery which they had both and at much cheaper prices than autobahn or super dear supercheap my arse.

Went in expecting them to have to “send the cords off, and it’ll be ages and costly” (cause it’s an old unusual cord), and the friendly dude straight away grabs it off the shelf for $10! Much more helpful than Telstra was!

If all this cold my battery didn't last and to turn up at their front door I took the battery out and replaced no time lost

Customer service is fantastic, prices are very good, they even will fit the battery in your car and they discard your old battery for you.

Dave from Batteryland gave excellent service today. Our van battery died on our road trip so I rang ahead to ensure they had one in stock. Dave met us at the footpath as he saw us pull in, he tested the old battery first before changing over to the new battery. He did all the connecting himself and he was very friendly. I would highly recommend Batteryland. Outstanding service thank you

A business with good stocks of a wide variety.
Staff are helpful and prices are reasonable. Parking generally not an issue. Access is good.l don't hesitate to do business with them.

I was looking for a particular model of Brass Monkey fridge/freezer and my local metro Jaycar outlets and even Jaycar head office in NSW were not very helpful and my local Jaycar in SE suburbs just wanted to sell me floor stock. I used the brass monkey website to find stockists and Batteryland Bairnsdale came up. From the moment I called Dave and gave him the part number he was super friendly and ordered the unit for me. I took the drive yesterday morning to pick it up and received some great advice on some hardware for it from the guys also. Their shop is extremely well set out and stocked. I will make the trip for future off grid purchases to Batteryland Bairnsdale.great work team!

I found a a lot of car batteries in dumpster in the back i think they were used so i loaded them up in me ute when down to lakes and put all the used car batteries in rthe ocean so the eels and recharge them:)

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, they know their products and don't just read off the box! Store is clean, open layout and well stocked, and if they don't have what you need they are very helpful with regard to ordering it, or knowing where you might source it. Staff interact well with customers, and each other. A great place!

The service is amazing and the boys are always happy to help out even if they don't have the item in store. They'll even check with some other companies if they have time. Just amazing.

These guys have a good variety of stock and components. If they don't have it in store, they'll get it quickly. Knowledgeable staff and easy to communicate with.

Best shop in town they stock all sorts of goodies can usually find the bits we need or more spare stuff. Great service friendly staff who will always help you out
