Hundreds of 5 star reviews, they must be doing something right. You bet they are, I bought a battery from them a year ago and needed advice on battery chargers. The guys were very helpful and I could work out exactly what I needed for my Lithium and AGM batteries. Then today I went in and again needed more advice on a complex question of charging multiple types of batteries in my boat. Keenan showed an in depth understanding of all the various battery chargers and again he helped me sort out exactly what I needed. So a special call out to Keenan. You can't go wrong dealing with Battery World Bendigo.

We live in our car and one day before Christmas it broke down. The man in Batterie World helped us with a new batterie and to find a Mechanic who fixed our car the same day. He was really helpful and caring and made our day. Thank you very much. I recommend it to everyone. They don't let you alone in a bad situation and care for their customers.

Took in an old battery, tested, replaced and out of there in less than 10 minutes. These guys know batteries and have all possible combinations.

Great service from the battery world team. Car did not start at servo after trying other options called these guys they were straight out to replace the battery should of tried them first. Highly recommended!

I am posting this review way way too long after I actually walked into the shop (31st March) and for that I apologise to this amazing team that looked after me so well.

I rolled into their parking lot with my new campervan that was woefully underdone with regard to ability to charge. Barry's team came out to my van and checked it out thoroughly then made sure I got the best charger for a solo traveller never wanting to be left without electricity and then fitted it for me.

They gave me stacks of advice and were so incredibly respectful to me while I waited and let me sit in the shop with my Dalmatian while they carried out the work.

Thank you Barry and team, you were amazing that day because I turned up a bit of a nervous wreck and you helped me get back on the road with confidence.

Very helpful and the owner had saved an order I'd made 3 months ago as I'd gone away. He even replaced the batteries after I thought they did not work.

Fabulous service from Battery World Bendigo. The young chap Keenan (I hope I spelt that right) contacted me to let me know he was running a few minutes late. He quickly jump started the car, but sadly the battery was so flat it could not keep it running. He took it, charged it and returned the next day and followed me home to deliver the car to my place. Greatly appreciated

Wifes KIA battery died after 5 years while out shopping. She called battery world and service guy turned up within 30 mins and swapped out the battery, did an alternator check. Fantastic service. Hard to find this kind of customer service these days, good old fashioned people skills that truley appreciate their customers. Great job Keenan and crew, lovely to have a young obliging lad that knows how to treat people.

Can't fault what so ever the service you get from here. Came here Sat to have a battery checked, they kept it for the weekend to do a test properly. Gave me print out, happy with the amazing customer service and support from the guys. Thanks Battery World.

I went into Battery World today to buy 2 batteries for my husbands mobility scooter, great service plus a discount.
