Scott went above and beyond after having a terrible experience with the Pakenham store I called Scott for head office number he took it upon himself to sell me the battery for the price we ordered on line where the Pakenham store would not honour the order and wanted an extra $60 and was so rude Scott even went out of his way to deliver to me I will definitely go to this store again highly recommend

I got a flat battery at the shops. I was in a total panic as my husband wasn’t able to come and help me.
With in 10 mins of calling Rhys had arrived and started my car. About 10 minutes later my car was ready to go with a new battery.
I was blown away by the friendly amazing service from Scott abs Rhys. Not only was my car fixed, I felt so looked after.

Needed 4 very old batteries replaced in the caravan. Being a slightly unusual size Wayne sourced them within 2 days and Don arrived promptly to install them and remove the dead units. Prompt and courteous service at the right price - highly recommended!

After experiencing lots of trouble with my car battery which was still under warranty, Don and Wayne replaced it with a friendly smile. Very prompt. No waiting around so I could get on with my day.
