Poor quality.bata boots will fall apart in 6 months…

I bought a pair of bata boots January the 5th this year (2023). The zippers failed within a week of each other July1-6th… I look after my gear and these boots were no exception, I also work in a field where I’m not working in the mud or harsh conditions, literally just walking around on dry ground.worklocker won’t help. $200 for a pair of boots that last barely 6 months in easy conditions. Shame on bata for their poor product and shame on worklocker for supplying a poorly made product.

I ordered a pair of size 8 mens shoes, paid for a size 8 then received a size 9.my husband wore them for half a day and then complained that they seemed too big.i checked and sure enough they are a size 9. Bata has offered a free insole but seriously i ordered an 8 not a 9.not our fault but left feeling spat out.be careful people because they are now referring me to their terms of online sales which i was never privvy to.

Well priced shoes for toddlers, school aged kids (primary & secondary), women and men. Casual dress shoes, school shoes, kids gumboots, as well as sneakers. Not a huge range of shoes, but at least 5 to 6 differing styles catering to everyone.

Was speaking with a lovely and fun woman woth my partner. She had greta service, knowledge and was honest about shoe selection. Haven't been to Bata since my dad took me as a kid, so it's nice to know the core elements are not lost in time.

The staff here are fabulous, very helpful and a huge variety of shoes for everyone! Great place for you shoe lovers!

Great staff, not sure it's any cheaper than going to a regular show shop though. But we buy all our school shoes here and have for 12 years

We visited here as my son needed some safety boots for his university course. The staff all could not have been more helpful. They listened to our needs and sought advice from a worker out the back to find the most appropriate boot, and gave great advice on making sure my son knew how to get the best fit. Will definitely visit here again

The two sales women at the Mornington store were rude, unhelpful and lacked any knowledge about the shoes they were selling. There was no one else at the store and I felt uncomfortable being in there with my son so I left, even though I would have purchased multiple pairs of shoes. They may as well have a sign saying ‘customers not welcome’ or ‘children not welcome’ at the very least.

This shop always amazed me as they sell good quality of shoes in different styles on cheap and reasonable prices. 10/10

Im an interstate truck driver. I wear my BATA Helix safty boots about 2 hrs per day while loading or unloading. In just over a year the hard coating on the soles has worn through to the sponge underneath. Now they leak and soak up water on any wet surfaces. This hard coating is only 2.5 mm thick. I measured it on the instep area where no ground contact occurs. The leather upper is near perfect still just the soles are junk. Wouldn't recomend them. Have a trusty old pair if AUSSIE made ROSSI boots over 15 yrs old. Soles still ok just the stitching has rotted. I'll get them repaired.

An amazing array of shoes of all types for very small prices. We have been associated with bata shoes all out lives and they have never let us down.

I bought from them online but had to return since I made a mistake with estimating my size. All I had to do was return the parcel for FREE (Bata paid reply post) and my new size is on the way for free again.
All the while, the customer service was fantastic-quick and respectful.
