Guys here are super friendly and helpful. Great range of products and if they don't have what you're after they're more than happy to tell you where else you can find it.

Awesome selection of instruments and the ability to help source anything you need, super helpful staff.

Whether it's their incredibly diverse selection of products, their always prompt service or just Sam's seemingly infinite wisdom that you seek, Bat City Music always delivers.

Nice big shop with lots of things I want to buy. Didn't have bagpipe reeds, a theremin or a harp, but that's ok. Nobody in Bendigo seems to have those.

Bat City are fabulous - great range, kind staff and very helpful when booking in for sessions to get a time that worked for us. Thankyou!

Awesome store I must say. Everyone there was so kind and I got to play on the piano and guitars. Really genuine, kind and down to earth people there.

to the camping& outdoor shop. Service was terrific & I will shop there again. Very cool male staff-easy on the eye & so helpful.

The stupid young kid working behind the counter gave no customer service at all. I'm a bendigo muso from way back. Finally decide to buy a new guitar locally (not online) and he just didn't want to help. Horrible experience.

Enquired about lessons via email and the responce was slow thats why i took 1 star off.
The reason i gave 4 was the people are really nice. I couldnt get a full time lesson plan but fitted me in for a 1 off and he was fantastic thanks heaps

More concerned with closing on time than talking to customers. Had i been given a little help from the guy in the silly hat i may have made a purchase. Wont be going back, there are other music stores.

I, too, have been a customer at J's Music store for over a decade and have found the staff to be friendly, helpful and wishing for my music experience to be the best it can be.

Excellent service, bald man was so helpful and the shop is so clean and well kept. I'll be doing all of my music business here!

J's have a great range of instruments at fantastic prices. The staff have great knowledge of their products and are very friendly and helpful. Staff go out of their way to answer questions and find the right products to meet our needs. I buy all my school's music equipments from J's as well as my own instruments. Would recommend them as your first point of call no matter what instrument or music you are after.
