Not a good experience! Left me feeling really angry and hurt! Promised that they would pad the bag and I waited weeks for this much needed padded bag and heard nothing so I rang and was told they were "too busy" to contact me and that I can pick up the "completed" work. I go in and OMG nothing has been done! Wasted my time for nothing! Furious! I feel like I was less valued as a customer! The way they treated me using busy as an excuse and being short staffed instead of being honest with me from the start could have saved all this trouble for me! Now I am left without a padded bag for my kids toys! Upset kids, THANKS A LOT! HEARTLESS AND DISHONEST! And don't you dare retort back at me! Wear this neg feedback as a warning not to treat customers like cr ap! Just because I'm Deaf doesn't give you the right to priortise me lower and think I'll be ok with it! NO! NOT OK! I came in and I was nice and pleasant! Not demanding or abusive and this is how you treat me? Trash service! I no longer trust you and feel you will damage my clothes or things if I brought them in! Please leave Wonthaggi! We need better business people than you! This is my town! Furious that I have to put up with this rubbish treatment in my own town! NOT OK NOT COOL NOT GOOD! SHAME ON YOU!

Absolutely amazing! I’ve had dry cleaning done with them and alterations of pants. Their professional, timely and not expensive. LOVE my adjusted pants. Will use them for any alterations or dry cleaning on the Island.

I would have hoped that for $5 per shirt (press only) and $10 for pants (press only), my garments would have been pressed properly. I was disappointed to find that on some of my shirts, the arms hadn't been done at at all and were still very creased. It looked like all my garments had been done hurriedly (possibly on a machine) and hadn't been hand finished. I ended up re-ironing most of of my garments. Also, it seems a tassel on one of my shirts had been torn off in the pressing process and had been haphazardly reattached and I wasn't advised of this. I considered bringing my garments back and asking for them to be done properly but I live in the city and only visit wonthaggi once a week and didn't want to have to wait another week for my garments. Two stars given instead of one because the staff member was friendly and the place looked clean.

We have used this drycleaners in the past and have always been very happy with the quality and service. Alterations were needed to a pair of designer jeans and they have come back absolutely perfect! I know where to go in the future and wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone.
