I am so happy I found this store! I was trying to track something down for our son's birthday so gave this shop a call. I spoke to Lucas who was full of information and really great to deal with. Went in a few days later to pick up the item up and Lucas was working. Based of Lucas's great service and knowledge we ended up buying about 8 things instead of just the one thing we were there to pick up. I am so pleased with my purchases. When I first saw the store I thought it was fake but I went in person to the shop and it was 100% real! It was too good to be true but it was true! The quality is the same as the ones directly from the NBA store but a much more logistic price. I am also so happy with delivery, the jerseys came 2 days after purchase. Initially ordered my 13yo grandson a basketball jersey for his birthday through Rebel online. The jersey arrived 3 weeks later, but unfortunately the lettering on the jersey was poorly attached and peeling off.
After contacting Rebel I was advised to send the top back and once received, it would be inspected and actioned.
Hearing nothing for 4 weeks I called Rebel & was told I’d been given incorrect information and Rebel could only refund me and I’d have to reorder the jersey and wait another 3 weeks.
The customer service officer, who was sympathetic, couldn’t explain why nothing had happed. She said she’d process a refund, but couldn’t offer any king of compensation, other than an apology.
I requested a Supervisor to contact me & was assured I would be contacted within 2 business days but never heard back.
Basketball Jersey World was the polar opposite!
Ordered the jersey which was $50 cheaper, arrived in 3 days & was in perfect condition.
