We bought Porter house steaks today for dinner. They were juicy & sooo tender. Delicious.

Got 2kg of pork belly with the skin removed so I can smoke it and today I got just under 3kg of beef brisket and they kindly cut it in half and air sealed me the other half. Just ate the brisket and omg incredible. The pork also amazed me on how soft and tender it was, highly recommend this butcher.
