What a team Barwon Security are.as a customer of 7 years, I praise their entire team for always assisting us when needed over the phone or in person and when a install or repair job is urgent they move mountains to get us sorted instantly. I really appreciate Sam and his awesome team protecting our premises.

Wonderful family business, you can’t be around (successfully) for so many years if you cant back it up with first rate service, professionalism & a first class product. I’ve had numerous alarms supplied on various properties, cameras and ducted vac and intercoms and I would never go anywhere else. We have two small children and when I put my night alarm on (even if my husband isn’t home) I feel safe. I cant recommend Barwon Security more highly.

Barwon Security have recently put a security system at my house. Sam and his crew were really nice and acted professionally. They also respected my culture by removing their shoes when coming inside the house.

Installation wise - they did a great job explaining what system is good for us and how it works with the onsite visit. They also installed the system very neatly and removed the dust or clutters they made during the installation.

Sold me a top of the range door intercom system for $1500. We stopped getting notifications via mobile (which is a feature) after 18 months. Got service team out to fix and charged me $88. Said firmware needed updating and that the technology changes quickly. Be aware before purchasing. Told me the reason they don't inform people of this is because they won't buy the system. I had to practically beg to get a promise not to be charged again if it happens in the next 12 month period. Not good enough!

I am a happy customer from talking to Rachel on the phone all the way to the service was complete. Barwon security has my 5 stars!

Had a security door entry system put in by these guys for $$$. It lasted a couple of years then became obsolete. Then after chasing them up for 3 weeks they finally came and supposedly fixed it (worked for 2 weeks) then stopped working again (just as i recieved their invoice $$$). They demanded i pay anyway. I explained that when they properly fixed it I would be happy to pay. But they expected me to pay without them fixing it? Absolute madness. The owner was very arrogant. Their service is incompetent and unreliable. Quick to invoice though. Frustrating company. Dont use them.
