Dr Roberts actually listened to my issues and matched a plan that suited my lifestyle and work commitments. He mentioned I had a hard road ahead of me breaking old habits and working toward the goals bit by bit I was surprised to have achieved them so quickly and now 18kg lighter I feel like I'm back in control of my life.it didn't happen overnight but with his guidance and by listening to his instruction I was able to turn my life around.
