Barwon Edge

I highly recommend spending a Friday night here! The popcorn was amazing, the staff were really friendly and helpful. Outdoor cinemas are the best, and the way Barwon Edge have set this up is perfect, you're surrounded by the beautiful trees, and if you go to the 8pm showing you have the sunset beside you as you're watching. I can't wait to go again.

They were always smiling, just a look away if we needed anything and kept our glasses full (water and wine). We are extremely happy we booked our Christmas work dinner at Barwon Edge and all endeavour to return with others to experience the atmosphere and fantastic food/service again!

We had a fantastic evening at Barwon Edge celebrating our wedding anniversary. Food was amazing, the service was great and very personal, all in a modern but relaxed setting. Highly recommend.

The food is great. The service is very haphazard. Pleasant staff but need more training.
It's also very noisy. The renovations are very good.

Great service, food and venue. Barwon Edge is a great restaurant with a fantastic team and offerings. Sitting inside and out is great and there's plenty of space to spread out. Bookings are handy, but don't seem essential. Parking is great, but might get a bit tougher with the cafe opening.

These guys and girls have hit it out of the park! Again! Our new favourite place, we had the 4 course chef selection and every bite was incredible

Amazing venue on the Barwon River! Food was fantastic with so much variety and flavour. The staff were excellent & accommodating, the atmosphere / venue was high end & considered. Can’t wait to go back again, well done Barwon Edge!

This place looks so amazing now that it’s been renovated! We absolutely loved the scenery and the vibe inside. We had the four course chefs selection and everything was 10/10! We all left full and couldn’t complaint about a single meal. Great work to everyone involved in the reno and the new menu! Cant wait to see this place expand. Will definitely be back!

So so average. Went for dinner and was underwhelmed to say the least. Food had all the makings of something delicious but it had no flavour at all, like none. Very much a same same concept as every other new restaurant in Geelong. Over priced for what it currently is too. Service was ok, but they weren’t friendly and it took ages to receive each course. Decor is beautiful and the vibe was ok.
Hopefully they’re just finding their feet, but for the prices, I’d expect quality from the start.

Our experience at Barwon edge was delightful. The amazing food and drink recommendations to suit with staff paying attention to detail to provide great service made our night memorable. We will definitely be back next time we visit Melbourne.

We were greeted by a smiling staff member shown-to our table orders were taken and meals were brought out at a leisurely pace glasses were always full food was amazing and well presented it was a wonderful night to have with friends and family

As soon as you arrive at Barwon edge there is a sense a luxury and relaxation the venue and surrounds are stunning topped off with excellent customer service and delicious food. We had a large group with complex dietary requirements which were all met we will definitely be back highly recommend

Nice coffee, quick service, pretty place. Love getting a cup of coffee and walk around the place or just sit by the river.

Was stoked to know there are new owners and it’s now AWESOME.
Delicious food, very friendly service generous portions all in a beautiful setting.
Couldn’t fault anything.
