My personal experience of Barry Plant Noble Park is that they need to keep their property owner's happy. They seem to be fine with supporting the property owner's willingness to discriminate against me on the grounds of my disabilities rather than address maintenance issues in a timely manner and without giving me proper notice. I had hoped the agency staff would let him know he is not allowed to treat me this way. It seems they actually support him.

Booked inspection time for a rental rang same day to make sure its happening. Waited 5-10 mins no agent showed up had to call only to be told was cancelled. Disappointed

His is trustworthy, patient and always on top of what is happening - we look forward to using him and his team in the future.

Warning to anyone looking to go through Barry Plant (Noble Park). Avoid this place. Every other review posted that’s above 1 star is highly suspicious and are probably posted by employees and former employees or maybe even just friends of the employees. Because I honestly can’t believe anyone would rate this place at all. It has provided by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any real estate agency. I was going to post a lengthy essay but the amount of things I could complain about is overwhelming and I can’t be bothered posting the entire story.so to keep it short and sweet and to help put it into to perspective, it basically set a new standard on what a bad real estate agency could even potentially be. This opinion is coming from somebody who has been through many different agencies over the years. To anyone reading this save your money and time.

Dont ever look for hannah in this store for submitting your application to the landlord, zero professionalism, lazy and full of lies. It was lovely to be helped by cathy and she assured me the application looks perfect and the owner was very excited for my application. When it went to the hands of hannah, it just went unsuccessful.

Lies number 1:
Told me she has done all the reference checks provided, while none of my previous landlords/property owners have received any phone call (they are all my friends now)

Lies number 2:
Cathy promised me if the owner needs consideration, she will help me to raise my rent or bond with my permission, hannah was clearly unaware when I questioned her? Severe lack of communication.

I suspect she didn’t even submit my application to the landlord, careful guys. Its a very negative experience when hope appear and it was ruined by a lazy agent.

Professional & honest from day 1
It's been a pleasure dealing with Tim from the beginning of our transaction. Professional and very pleasant, Tim and his team made the whole sale process seamless, comfortable and easy, having provided a more than satisfactory result. Marketing material and front of property presentation on day of auction was also excellent. Without question I would deal with Tim and his team again. Highly recommended to buyers and sellers equally.
