Our process of applying and getting a rental property through one of their Property Manager, Sarah Dale was very smooth and efficient. We are thoroughly enjoying living in the property and having Sarah Dale as our property manager. I have been impressed with her efficiency and responsiveness. Our experience with her, has by far exceeded our experiences with the previous manager of the property and other real estate agents in the past.

I have just built my first rental property and after talking to Sally the business developer i new they were the people for me. I felt like I already had a friend looking after my property and we got along like a house on fire, not literally of course. Sally met me at the house for my official handover of the keys and promptly found several issues which I was unaware, totally outside what her job is. Sally took an interest and went over and above what she was there to do. You could see it was no trouble either, it was like she was doing it for a good friend. There has been so many other things that have impressed me but this is already a novel.go with Barry Plant, you won't be disappointed especially if you get Sally.
