I was searching for a property in Clyde area remotely as I live in Hobart. And it has been quite a hard task in this completive market the property manager Nikki Alexandrou has been really helpful for me until this moment. She has spent so much time on the phone with me and guided me on how to locate properties and to fix the mistakes on my rental application as well. She was kind enough to provide me with a virtual inspection during the last weekend understanding my difficulty of coming for a physical inspection.

I really appreciate individuals like her wiling to go the extra mile to support people and understanding the clients needs, when some real estate agents doesn't even care to respond to you even after multiple calls and emails.

I really question the standards when today I caught the woman delivering their flyer standing on the flowers in my front garden so she could steal another plant - and didn’t care when I challenged her. Good publicity Barry Plant - maybe you should think about changing your first name.

Most importantly a big thanks to Rental Department Manager Laura Keyte and her team for keeping me up to date. Absolutely thorough and professional in terms of managing my property from the get go.

Not only did she have great understanding of her demographics but her experience in terms of what the property needed to attract certain clientele.

She had valid input in terms of when I was renovating the property and a great eye for detail. This is where her experience was second to none. E.g dishwasher for families remove old fireplace safety, install gate for security. Laura understood my requirements as a landlord but also the tenants.

Laura is brilliant at what she does and I am pleased to have her as my property manager. Thanks for leasing my property.

Well what can you say about a real estate agency that places a for sale sign on your property and not common area.
You very politely request them to move the sign over the weekend or end of business monday.and nothing happens
So you politely inform them that you have removed the sign and require payment for the removal.
And instead i get a very impolite real estate agent - who threatens the police on me and tells me to get educated.
Then 3 days later I speak with sign company and return their sign - and they proceed to start putting the sign backup again.this time on common property but with no permission from us.
As is required by law.
Normally I wouldn't care - but they owe me money - and most importantly they are rude & insulting.
Not the Barry plant of 10 years ago!

Easy to deal with. Jenny the property manager resolved a maintenance issue very quickly with no fuss.

We have just rented a home from Barry Plant in Frankston and Laura Keyte is just the kindest, most thoughtful agent we could ask for. She is thorough and prompt. She showed us all of the repairs and repainting that will be done before we move in and made sure we were OK with all of it. Ask for Laura if you are thinking of renting from Barry Plant, Frankston.

Brittney and Laura the Barry Plant rental property managers are knowledgeable, organise and professional. I have had my rental under their charge for over 10 months and during this time I have constantly received the best service and regular communication and I cannot recommended them high enough to any property owners.
Brittney is my main go to and her professionalism and rental market knowledge during some Covid issues was valuable.
